Very comfortable,very clean,very welcoming. Decorated beautifully with attractive finishing touches. Amazing breakfast.10 out of 10!

This is the second time we've stayed at the Cumberland and loved our stày there.Its spotlessly clean wonderful breakfast freshly cooked .Im vegetarian and was catered for which was a nice surprise. Mark and Claire are amazing hosts nothing is too much trouble.We will be back for sure.

Mine and my sons first trip to Weymouth - such a lovely place! Really happy with the hotel, it was very friendly, clean and breakfast was excellent! The room had an amazing view and as a lovely touch, the room had some binoculars so we could watch the boats. We would definitely visit again!

We had a brilliant stay at The Cumberland couldn't have asked for a nicer hotel. The hosts Mark and Claire were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Excellent cooked breakfast everyday. There was lovely little finishing touches that made it that much better.

Fab place, nothing was too much trouble, spotless room, great breakfast and perfectly placed across from the beach with a short walk to all the shops, fair ground, pubs and restaurants. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed a wonderful 2 night stay at The Cumberland. We were warmly welcomed by Claire and Mark. We were in Room 3 on the ground floor with a sea view. The room was spotlessly clean. There were complementary beverages including biscuits and also 2 packs of boiled sweets, which I thought was a lovely touch! The en-suite was spacious and immaculately clean. There were complementary toiletries too. Also a welcome gift was left on the bed - a little notepad and pen which I thought was a lovely gesture! The breakfast was wonderful. You help yourself to cereal, fruit juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt and pastries. Then Mark serves your tea/coffee and toast followed by a very delicious full English, which consists of 2 rashers of bacon, 1 sausage, choice of eggs ( fried, poached or scrambled), hash brown, mushrooms, grilled tomato, beans and fried bread. There’s free Wi-Fi and TV. Parking is off site in public car park, just around the corner. We paid £6 per day (free from 6 pm - 8 am). We highly recommend The Cumberland and very much looking forward to our next stay there.

Lovely hotel great location on seafront, stunning breakfast, parking with permit and small charge easily arranged, very nice and friendly owners, would definitely stay again. Only think to note no lift in property but not an issue for us

Mark was very welcoming when we arrived, room was spotless, breakfast is amazing. Every day we had a little bag of goodies left at our door. Excellent location just across the road from the beach, Parking can be a little difficult, but Mark supplies a free parking permit for the surrounding roads. I would thoroughly recommend this wonderful B and B.
