Was in the town for business. Stayed at this Hampton which is pretty close to airport. Usually all around the world Hampton’s are good at hospitality but this one was above and beyond. Much better. The reason was clearly their agent, Mr Kevin. He didn’t only help me a week before my check in by re-arranging the hours but also during the stay did his best to set the quality high. Thanks!

Find somewhere else to stay. This hotel is dirty and smells. Nothing works. The laundry room was out of service and pool was closed. We had mold in our room and stains in the walls. The water pressure in the sink was so low we had to fill a cup to brush our teeth properly. The front desk was not helpful at all.

What a dump this place is. Holding Diamond (Hilton) and Titanium Elite (Marriott) status I can stare without a doubt this is one of the five worst hotels I’ve experienced in my 40 plus years of business and casual travel. The room was bug infested, missing things like a toilet roll holder, access doors didn’t work, and there was black spots in the bathroom area that indicate black mold…and this was the SECOND room we were given. I could list more, but I think you get the picture. The personnel were indifferent and spent more time socializing than working. How they keep their franchise is a mystery, must be an investment group bleeding the place for the tax depreciation. On the flip side it was one of the least expensive in the area for name brand rooms, but spend a few extra bucks if you have to stay in this area and choose a different hotel.

This is a nice hotel. Very unusual lobby with a large staircase you would not expect to see. The best part.........Shannon at the front desk. Very friendly and helpful. Wanted to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the room. It was very hot outside, but the room was already nice and cool when I opened it up. Shannon followed up with me again to make sure I was happy.

Absolutely horrible experience start to finish. First, when I tried to adjust a date on my reservation that was well within the time I was confronted by an argumentative front desk clerk who somehow managed to delete my reservation and connecting rooms then told me she couldn’t get me connecting rooms again. Online the hotel will show that they have multiple connecting rooms available but it’s a lie. You will not get connecting rooms at all even if your reservation says “guaranteed” - but worst of all, the elevator is broken and they don’t tell you! We have an amputee in our group that had to climb the stairs because the disabled showers are only on the second floor. Isn’t that insane?! We have multiple families in our group who were not informed of this until we could no longer cancel our reservations. Absolutely horrible hotel.

Very clean and tidy hotel that is extremely well managed. Excellent customer service from Ashley (the manager) to every other employee. The management sets the tone for an excellent stay. If I am ever in Houston again I will return to this property. It is only about 15 minutes from the airport and MUCH nicer than the alternate “airport” properties.

The Front Desk agent, Aaron was professional and polite during check in. Although he was extremely busy, he remained calm. He apologized for the inconvenience due to the room not being ready but also went to check on the status several times while waiting.

Great staff rooms where supper clean beds , pillow where soft. I enjoyed my stay I didn’t want to leave . The gym was really up to date and I enjoyed working out in the morning. The manager, Ashley Is impossible to reach. I’ve been trying to contact her for over three weeks and have not received a call back I left several messages. I called early in the morning. She’s in the meeting. I leave a message and I called back by noon. She has left for the entire day

This was my families second stay here; the first was back in July 2023. That stay as excellent! This stay was beyond terrible. The hotel's new GM is an angel as is all her front desk staff. Housekeeping and maintenance need to be fired--each and every one. They are lazy, inept, and being paid to evidently watch soap operas in the rooms. They sure are not cleaning them. My parents checked into a suite. Dishes in cabinet fully dirty from previous guests meals, and just put into the cabinet. I tried to wash in dishwasher but it was broken. Carpet in this suite broken. We stayed in this suite back in July and had to have dishes and cookware replaced in it due to theft. This time, most dishes and cookware stolen again. Those that were left were dirty. Second suite checked into same thing. Filthy dishes just put in the cabinet. Barstools filthy dirty; if housekeeping even pulled them out from under the bar they would have seen how dirty they were. Carpet filthy; no soap or conditioner in bathroom. Elevator tracks filthy. Hallways filthy. I know I keep using the word filthy but it is the only way to describe the rooms, and hallways. Oh but it gets better. My sister's king room had hair in the sink--about 15 hairs sitting in the sink like housekeeping rinsed a rag and then left the debris in the sink for us. Toilet had poop blowout and stains in it still. Urine residue on toilet seat. If the toilet wasn't cleaned, have the sheets been changed? Just saying. The sweet GM had to personally clean the bathroom herself for my sister. This is ridiculous! As a previous hotel member of management, myself, housekeeping should count their stars this is not my property because that would be immediate dismissal by me. I walked back and forth over dirty hallways the entire time of my visit and I never heard a vacuum cleaner running anywhere in the hotel during my stay. It shows! Elevator tracks are filthy where the door open and closes. Outside the hotel needs dead bushes and trees removed. This hotel is not that old but its fading fast. I don't see it meeting HILTON standards much longer. GM offered us points for inconvenience, but none have showed up in any of our accounts. I don't know if it will be done. Breakfast was not nearly as good as our previous visit. We were looking forward to this visit based on our past visit, but after the horrors encountered in the rooms, we wouldn't stay here again on a bet! A real shame!

This hotel stay was the very best hotel stay my family and I have had in many years. We travel extensively for leisure travel, and the GM of this hotel, and her staff exceeded our expectations every single time! You could not ask for more helpful, caring, and kind staff. We were celebrating my Mom and Dad's 54th Wedding anniversary, and the hotel graciously upgraded them to a suite. Every aspect of this stay was stellar! Every need was met with a kind heart! The hotel itself is beautiful, as it is new. The rooms are chic and elegant, and breakfast was delicious. The breakfast attendant made sure every guest was well taken care of. This hotel after this stay became our go-to hotel lodging choice when in the Houston area. I highly recommend it in all ways! Stay here; you will not be disappointed!!

I am giving it one star, because is the lowest option available, for my stay at the hotel. It was a horrible experience. When we arrived on June 2nd, 2023 at 11:30 pm, we were exhausted and ready to rest from a long trip. However, our room lacked basic amenities such as toilet paper, towels, sofa bed sheets, pillows, blankets, iron, and a bottle of water at check-in since I'm a silver member. Despite booking a suite with all the amenities" included", we called the front desk for 15 minutes, but no one answered. We went to the lobby and there was no receptionist at the front desk, we found out that at least nine guests had the same problem, 7 minutes later the lady showed up and I wait for my turn, she told us to collect the items ourselves from the laundry room, maybe because she was pregnant, I'm not complaint at all for that, we are happy to help her, but the laundry room had plenty of everything we needed! but the receptionist did not even provide us with toilet paper. she said that We had to wait until the next day for towels and toilet paper so we use a napkin roll that we had in our car. The next day we ask again for the basics we need (Saturday in the morning), just to take a shower, and the lady at the front desk said, that someone was going to proportionate the towels and the toilet paper, but no one showed up to give us anything, We checked out on Sunday without towels or toilet paper proportioned and we informed the receptionist on Sunday of our complaints, she was super kind but However, we never received any resolution, apologize or call from the hotel's management. And for the cherry on the cake, our room door did not lock correctly, so we had to place a chair to close it. Overall, it was a disaster, and I will never stay at that hotel again. Our room was 218 for reference and for security purposes for the next guest. I had an unfortunate experience during my stay at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share my experience.

Person who checked me in was very friendly and professional and the morning person who checked me out as well.. hotel premises were crisp and clean and the room was great and impeccably clean.. The price was great and location excellent due to the fact of the immediate access to the freeway

I see that they just remodeled this hotel but still has a bad smell in the rooms and some construction still going on. This hotel out of a 5/10 honestly . I was disappointed and I had high standards….

The breakfast was really good. There was a lot to choose. Also the breakfast area was very neat and clean. The only thing needed fixing was the faucet in the bathroom sink. It was too close to the sink and you couldn’t move your hands to wash them and there wasn’t enough water pressure as the water was just trickling down. We told the receptionist we would be checking out a little later than 11:00am but service still knocked on our door and we got a phone call asking us if we were staying one more day.
