威屯卡希爾頓歡朋飯店(Hampton Inn Wetumpka)

Room was clean for the most part, some dust and dirt in places, but nothing that bothered us. Bed was comfortable, sheets towels, etc. were fine. Was told the room included a microwave oven, it was not in the room. When I asked, they did bring one up. The staff was very responsive to requests. I especially appreciated the people who made up the rooms each day. If you wanted something, they got it for you promptly with a smile. The free breakfast was pretty good and with a wide variety of choices. We did not like the inconvenience of road construction where the hotel was located, but not the hotel's fault, jackhammers at 8 am when trying to sleep in not the best. I would stay there again although the price was a bit high for our room.

Nice area with a beautiful downtown area. Seems like a growing area and seems to be pretty short on decent restaurants. Mostly chain fast food offerings.

It was convenient for the funeral we went for. Very well maintained and pleasant service.

Loved this hotel. It looks new, well kept, well maintained, and well supplied. The staff was super friendly and helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping. The breakfast was nicely set out and kept stocked /tidy. Great variety of food and drinks to choose from. Location is perfect. Walk out back and you can explore the river. Walk to the left and you can explore historic Wetumpka. Walk to the right and you can go to the ******. Totally walkable. We had a car and everything was within 3-5 minutes. Would definitely come back!

It was fine. We just slept there and had breakfast. The lady in the kitchen was very pleasant and helpful.

The bed mattress felt like it had a board underneath. Me and my husband tossed and turned all night. Hardly any sleep (only stayed one night), the next morning our backs were killing us. Felt like we had been beat. LOL..

Everything was great until we got to the breakfast... Come on powdered eggs?? I'm diabetic and about the only thing I can really eat are the eggs.. very disappointed.

It seems that housekeeping don’t clean the walls. Bent in bathroom was very very dusty, there is shoe prints on the wall and u can see nasty black smudges on the wall where people put their hands on it. So yeah no one seems to clean the walls and it was nasty

We went to a fun antique shop. There were a couple local shops within walking distance.
