落磯山 - 南哈特福德希爾頓歡朋套房飯店(Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Rocky Hill-Hartford South)

The hotel was convenient and easy to get to. The room was clean and fully stocked with toilettries. Beds were very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a small pad of paper. The only real complaint was adjusting the heat/AC. Loved having the breakfast - not just coffee and donuts.

My husband, 2 girls and I stayed for one night. We had an overall great experience! The only real con was that there was a strong chlorine smell that burned our eyes in the ppol area. The girl who checked us in when we arrived was great and very friendly! Breakfast the next morning was one of the best we've had at a hotel. I wish I had gotten her name but the woman who did the breakfast was so kind and accommodating to us. Especially my children! We would definitely stay here again next time we're in town!

The room was big, bed comfortable, great breakfast, great location. But the WiFi didn’t work, and our neighbors were very noisy! Their kids were running, jumping and screaming into the night. No microwave, no tub, no hot tub.

The first night we check in the lady at the front desk was so nice but running the entire hotel by herself. Our toilet did not work from night 1 and we had to keep a plunger on hand the entire 3 days. They had a major leak downstair which did not get fixed the entire trip in fact the next two desk hands let the bucket run over into the hallway to the exit door. The next two desk attendants were also very rarely at the desk if you needed anything.

Carrie at the front desk was amazing! She was so welcoming, kind, and friendly always making sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond to make our stay great. Thanks Carrie!

Desk clerk didn't seem to know what she was doing during check-in. I wish it was easier to figure out self check-in without being a HH member. Hot breakfast options were nice and I like how the menu slightly changed each day. Some kids were hanging out in the fitness center late at night which made me not want to even go in there. Nice quiet area, close to highway - I would consider returning.

This property seems to be newer and therefore in better condition. Waited for about 10 min to get checked in as there was no one at the front desk. We had an accessible room, but the toilet seat was loose.

The hotel was very nice. Unfortunately the room above us believed in stomping at all hours which made the stay a little less than desirable. This, of course, it has nothing to do with the hotel.
