Excellent stay. The team was very accommodating. Laura s service and team were amazing. Rooms were beautifully and clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend and go back for a further stay. Had food in the restaurant, which was very tasty.

Another comfortable night's stay at a Premier Inn. Chosen as it was a good stopping off point en route to Helston. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a Harvester next door which was very handy at the end of a long drive and served tasty food and a great breakfast in the morning. The only downside was that to get decent Wi-Fi for streaming you need to buy the Ultimate Wi-Fi, which at £5 was steep especially with only being there overnight.

Staff were excellent and really friendly . Great location , loads of shops within mile radius. Hotel layout is tough on visitors and staff. No air con and not sure if I would stay here if any warmer. Standard Internet really poor, it can't be that much to upgrade... 4 stars mainly due to staff and cleanliness. PI Management Please support the staff by investing in upgrading the hotel.

Just stayed last night on the way to Minehead butlins. The room was very comfortable and price was reasonable. The staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you. Want to mention Karen who had worked there over 16 years and we had a good chat to her very bubbly on the way out The rooms were very clean and tidy. This was Premier Inn Easy near Weston Super Mare. In a great location short walk to Aldi and some big shops. Stayed in Sunday 26th May. 2024 Thank you to all the staff. Best. Wishes from. Jay Family.

This was a lovely area to stay in, not far from things to do and places to go, staff was very polite and efficient, room very clean ,the only thing I would liked to have seen in the room was some bottle water!!

We were allocated a room with one hard backed chair. I went back to reception to ask for a chair each but was told that the room was too small to have two chairs and in any event they were unable to take a chair from another room for the length of our three night stay. What a shameful way to treat customers! We would never have booked there if we knew what we were going to get.

Location convenient for a location stay or overnight transit. Showers over bath do not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Easy access after drive from north London and close to the larger supermarket shops and then time to visit the local area. Warm welcome from helpful staff and the accommodation was all we needed at an excellent sensible price.

everything ok at this hotel except we had a room by a firedoor. We 'enjoyed' noise and lack of sleep both late into the night and very early in the morning 5am, and we are not light sleepers. The firedoor made noises through the night, people stopped by the firedoor and had conversations we could hear every word. We regularly stay at Premiers and this was the first time we experienced this, awful, glad to get back home.
