西棕櫚灘希爾頓合博套房酒店住宿

This is our second visit to this property. While checking in at the front desk , employee was polite, but once again, we weren’t acknowledged as Diamond Members, nor issued our complementary bottles of water , while the other employee helping other gold or diamond Members received their water and were upgraded to a better room , we weren’t nor were we asked for an upgrade. There is plenty of parking and the lot is well lit up , the lobby, was well maintained, mostly every employee we ran into was polite. The pool area still didn’t have towels outside, you had to walk to the front desk to sign them out . The gym is a nice size to get some exercise in . The breakfast area was nice , had plenty of food to satisfy everyone, the employees were polite. The rooms were well kept . One of our rooms has a table to eat , desk to keep our electronics on . Beds were comfortable , the king size bed rooms seemed bigger, than the queen size rooms . The elevators were fast and clean . We would stay again, just hope they instruct all front end employees the importance of their top tier members.
