西棕櫚灘附早餐的飯店

酒店還不錯，也很方便，出差住在這裏還是不錯的選擇。酒店的房間也比較大，乾淨整潔，服務也很好，還是很滿意的，值得推薦。

先后两次订房，8.8和8.9挨着两天入住，提前一天订的反而比提前10天的便宜一百人民币，还是二楼房，但办理入住漫长等待后要求第二天再来前台办理手续，不能一步到位！我照做了，第二天又是等半天，和再次入住一样的手续，又刷了100美元订金，但退房时只当场退了100，还有100美金没有退，懒得打国际长途追了，看何时才能退！房间的水一瓶一美元，坐酒店的车无论远近25美元，早饭几乎没有什么东西可以吃，服务员也很冷漠，总之，除了对面是奥特莱斯和超市不错，性价比太低，没有理由选择去住！还是希尔顿的套房酒店好！

I had a two-night stay at this hotel and I enjoyed it. The hotel is in a good location. Although it is not super, super close, you can easily walk to the beach. The food options are a bit limited but also good. If you’re looking for a super busy hotel to chat and/or meet others at the bar, it’s not the place. But this Hyatt it is definitely sufficient, comfortable, clean, and ultimately satisfying.

My home-away-from-home in West Palm Beach continues to exceed my expectations. Santiago & his team have raised the bar yet again. Miss Brianna received a well deserved promotion, Seth anticipated my needs & Ashley was always ready to help with a smile on her face. And as always, it was wonderful catching up with Mirtau and Adriana at the Tree House restaurant in the evening. At checkout last time I casually mentioned to Santiago that slippers would be nice with the robes in the room. I shouldn’t have been surprised that this time slippers were waiting for me. I have used hotel slippers from Italy to Boston & none have had this cushioning. They should really be embossed with the hotel name, they’re definitely keepers! And if the personal attention & sunsets weren’t enough, Santiago gave me the gift of swag upon my leave. No surprise, I have already booked my next trip.

住宿很棒。聽不到飛機的聲音,很乾淨,牀很舒服。早餐不要期望太多,他們沒有水果,橙汁,薄煎餅或雞蛋。我吃了百吉餅,男朋友吃了華夫餅,但是那些都不錯。我一定會回去的!

這家酒店是隱藏的寶石!我認爲它一定是比較新的,因爲它無可挑剔的麥是的。工作人員超級友好,會盡最大努力讓你開心。早餐時,我讓Melanie給我端了一杯新鮮的咖啡,因爲她剛剛衝了一杯咖啡,退房後前台員工又給了我一張支票,當我意識到我的航班是一個小時後,我想這樣我可以在游泳池邊閒逛直到我不得不去。健身房區很棒。很棒的房間,很棒的餐廳,很棒的工作人員和很棒的阿梅特。

這家酒店到機場和商店的價格和位置/鄰近程度都很棒。 該酒店距離機場有6分鐘車程，並提供免費班車。我們着陸后，他們立即迅速將我們從機場接機。入住非常順暢，前台非常友好和包容。 電梯，房間和走廊已經過時，需要隆起。  2張雙人床的房間雖然寬敞。床很舒服很乾凈。浴室很乾凈。棕櫚灘商店距離這家酒店有4分鐘車程。有一些不錯的餐館，步行即可到達深夜。總體而言，一個合理的價格良好的住宿。早餐包括在房價內，是基本但值得歡迎。早餐時間早上確實的確很擁擠，所以我強烈建議一大早去。

We checked into this hotel for 11 nights because my daughter was having surgery in a nearby hospital. When choosing where to stay we considered Airbnb’s nearby for half the price and twice the space. The only reason we chose the hotel over the Airbnb was because we wanted housekeeping services and didn’t want to be busy cleaning when we knew we would be going back and forth to the hospital . Lo and behold, we are here on day 9 and housekeeping has shown up exactly once!! On day 2 we complained to the front desk who told us that they only clean the rooms every third day! Nowhere in the booking was this information disclosed! On day 5 we again complained as our room still wasn’t cleaned even once. Housekeeping showed up on day 6!! When I spoke to the front desk clerk she explained that they are having a lot of short term guests and can’t keep up with the housekeeping demands. Why is that my problem?? I will never again stay at a Hilton hotel. This was the worst experience ever!!

From the greeting from Orlando at the front desk, to Arielle, Daniel, and everyone from housekeeping and servers, this has to be the friendliest staff I have ever encountered anywhere. They are very professional, and helpful. They go the extra step automatically. It is a great location for almost everything, especially Spring Training baseball. Very comfortable and relaxing environment. We will be back. By the way, not only is the staff attentive, with their joy interacting with each other, they clearly enjoy working at this location. And, that's a good thing.
