I had a bad experience, I arrived at the hotel on 12/24/2023 around 10pm, the reservation was already paid, the attendant made a security DEPOST block $100 dollar on the cred card, and told us that breakfast would be from 7am to 11am , because it would be Christmas the next day, but the normal time was from 6am to 10am, so far so good, the problem started the day after we left the room to have breakfast, that's when COFFEE attendant said it was already CLOSED, AND IT WAS ONLY 9:40AM, SO LITTLE ATTENTION WAS GIVEN, FULL OF ATTITUDE, I CONTESTED HIM AND SAID THAT THE front desk ATTENDANT TOLD US THIS WAS BREAKFAST TIME FOR THE 25TH, AND THE COFFEE ATTENDANT TOLD US , I DON'T CARE, THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM, WE GO TO THE front desk ATTENDANT FOR A SOLUTION, WHEN WE GOT THERE THERE WAS A COUPLE IN FRONT OF US, COMPLAINING TO THE SAME PROBLEM, WHEN He ASSISTED US THE ATTENDANT WAS ALREADY IRRITATED AND WAS RUDE, HE COULD NOT PROVIDE ANY SOLUTION, AND WOULD LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR HIS MANAGER, WE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THAT MANAGER, OR A SOLUTION, ON CHRISTMAS DAY, VERY UNPLEASANT, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE FOR THIS HOTEL, VERY LOW CLASS OF PEOPLE WORKING AND LACK OF MANAGEMENT...

Hotel under renovation, although it's not bad, it's not what im use to with Marriott accommodations. Hearing construction noises, breakfast was mediocre. The best part, however are the staff. They are great, Jeff, Sam, Erin, So glad to have met them. Been to a lots of Marriott ( Bonvoy Member), since this place is being renovated, could use some colors, very dull grayish hue. Could be better overall.
We checked into this hotel for 11 nights because my daughter was having surgery in a nearby hospital. When choosing where to stay we considered Airbnb’s nearby for half the price and twice the space. The only reason we chose the hotel over the Airbnb was because we wanted housekeeping services and didn’t want to be busy cleaning when we knew we would be going back and forth to the hospital . Lo and behold, we are here on day 9 and housekeeping has shown up exactly once!! On day 2 we complained to the front desk who told us that they only clean the rooms every third day! Nowhere in the booking was this information disclosed! On day 5 we again complained as our room still wasn’t cleaned even once. Housekeeping showed up on day 6!! When I spoke to the front desk clerk she explained that they are having a lot of short term guests and can’t keep up with the housekeeping demands. Why is that my problem?? I will never again stay at a Hilton hotel. This was the worst experience ever!!
I had a two-night stay at this hotel and I enjoyed it. The hotel is in a good location. Although it is not super, super close, you can easily walk to the beach. The food options are a bit limited but also good. If you’re looking for a super busy hotel to chat and/or meet others at the bar, it’s not the place. But this Hyatt it is definitely sufficient, comfortable, clean, and ultimately satisfying.
My home-away-from-home in West Palm Beach continues to exceed my expectations. Santiago & his team have raised the bar yet again. Miss Brianna received a well deserved promotion, Seth anticipated my needs & Ashley was always ready to help with a smile on her face. And as always, it was wonderful catching up with Mirtau and Adriana at the Tree House restaurant in the evening. At checkout last time I casually mentioned to Santiago that slippers would be nice with the robes in the room. I shouldn’t have been surprised that this time slippers were waiting for me. I have used hotel slippers from Italy to Boston & none have had this cushioning. They should really be embossed with the hotel name, they’re definitely keepers! And if the personal attention & sunsets weren’t enough, Santiago gave me the gift of swag upon my leave. No surprise, I have already booked my next trip.
