No bad not the best you can get for the same price better places and more clean

They stay here was horrible. I had booked two rooms. BOTH rooms were absolutely disgusting. Here was hair woven in our “clean” towels. The lady at the front desk was absolutely NASTY. She had the worst attitude, and was not willing to help with anything. There was absolutely NO hot water in either room. We had to take freezing cold showers. The breakfast area was an absolute mess. The rooms were not well kept at all. I tried to stay positive and ask for new towels and ask about the cold water situation but got absolutely no where with anyone in the building. Everyone had a bad attitude.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was not comfortable. The pool was very heavy on chlorine. Made it difficult to even be in the pool room. There was no hot water throughout our stay. The staff said it was because so many guests were trying to shower at the same time.

Hot water didn’t work the evening we arrived. They said it was because too many people were using the hot water at once. Next morning hot water didn’t work again. We were unable to take showers during our stay. We arrived at 9pm and were leaving the next day at 10am. We only needed 2 things. Warm showers and a good nights sleep. This Holiday Inn didn’t meet our expectations.

We had two rooms. Room was clean and well supplied. We did not care for the breakfast. The hot food was not hot and we did not want to make pancakes. We would have liked the puffy waffles instead. We did like that the breakfast was open until 10 AM. It allowed for us to sleep a little later.

Staff were excellent Need more people that are bilingual hare to communicate needs in breastfast area
