Hôtel globalement satisfaisant mais dont la qualité semble se dégrader année après année... Chambre de belle taille et équipée de réfrigérateur, micro-onde, TV. L'installation récente de box Dish permet l'accès à plus de chaines TV qu'avant et une qualité d'image et de son bien meilleure. Le matelas à ressort semblait malheureusement bien usagé et m'a donné mal au dos. Tous les robinets (douche et lavabo) présentaient des fuites. La propreté des serviettes fournies est malheureusement vraiment douteuses (tâches marron, ocre sur presque toutes les serviettes) et elles sont assez élimées... Parking facile et gratuit. Personnel sympathique. Petit déjeuner inclus mais avec de moins en moins de choix au fil des ans... dommage.

Chambre spacieuse, correctement équipée. Parking facile. J’avais une chambre qui donne sur l’autoroute = bruyant. Wifi gratuit qui marchait bien. Par contre le signal télé est bof. Ma chambre (non fumeur) était localisée à un étage fumeur. L’odeur de tabac était malheureusement bien présente dans tout le couloir et entrait par la ventilation :-(. La propreté des serviettes fournies laisse parfois à désirer…

I felt safe. This area in town was quiet. For an older property, it was extremely clean. The price for my stay was fair.

Positives: location, helpful staff printing things I needed printed, quiet hotel, no road or highway noise. Close to Walmart and restaurants. The fridge/freezer kept things frozen! Easy parking. Safe feeling location. Mike and Sue were available and always helpful. Cons: We had no hot or warm water for two days. One day we had luke-warm water. No discount for the lack of hot water for days since we had a 10% discount because we booked online. The room smelled bad, stains on the floor and sheets, tears in the carpet. We were offered to go somewhere else but we decided not to since we were told each time that the hot water would be on soon. Originally we were staying till Friday and they did let us leave Thursday and not charge us for the full reservation like they could have. Wouldn't stay here again unless things are refreshed inside the room.

Ugh! Front desk is less than friendly. Water in toilet ran and tub faucet dripped all night… hard to sleep on the lumpy bed with the noise.

My husband and I stayed at America's Best due to inclement weather. I had read other online reviews in regards to the lack of upkeep but was hoping some changes had been made. The room we stayed in, suite with a king bed, was large but neglected. The chair was stained significantly and the couch which was a pull out appeared to be broken because the pillows were askew and the fold out bed would not operate properly. Also, the room just had an overall dingy unclean feel. The lamp shades were dirty and needed to be replaced, we received dingy old towels some with holes in them. The bed coverings also appeared dingy. The bathroom was large but the ceiling over the tub appeared to have had a leak but the repair was done horribly. I realize the cost of running a hotel can be costly but clean linens/towels don't cost much and furniture can be reupholstered. I went into another room to speak with a housekeeper and it appeared to have new linens and new towels. The small things can make a big difference and although the price was good the room itself was reflective of the lack of care and the neglect by management to pay heed to what customers are saying which in the long run can cost them business.

The handle in the bathroom shower came off in my hands and there was mold and falling pieces of the ceiling in the bathroom. I told the young lady at the front desk and she just shrugged and said “ok”
