西基洛納萬楓套房飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites West Kelowna)

Stayed here about a week. It was changed from Best Western to a Fairfield without notification by *******, but no issues with check-in. For a family of 4, it is unreasonable to have just 4 sets of towels to use only to be refreshed once every 3 or 4 days. Not only do they not dry before you need them again, there are not enough places to hang them to dry. After suffering through the first few days, we just asked for new towels every day. But we couldn't just get it set up like this, we had to ask....every day. We also ran out of hair conditioner during our stay. Conditioner, shampoo, and soap are all in refillable dispensers in the tub. We asked one morning to have it refilled but it was not done while we were away from the room. That evening I asked the front desk for conditioner and they proposed sending someone to fill it (but the shower was already in use). I asked them to just give me a bottle but the front desk person said they don't have any. I insisted, and magically he opened a cabinet behind him and there was a large stash of toiletries. Finally, there were only 2 ice makers in the entire hotel of which only 1 worked. It was a race every morning to get ice since by around 9am the one working machine would be out. The rooftop patio was closed since it appeared to be used for storing construction materials. They also decided to park some large seacans in parking spots that obstruct traffic in the lot, posing a safety risk.

The breakfast was minimal and the egg McMuffins were absolutely hard as a hockey puck. The coffee was always empty. The breakfast of eggs and sausages were divided out onto a plate for everyone. I thought it might be because I was there at 9am so I went to breakfast at 7. The same thing. I had to go to McDonald’s to get my breakfast. I also had a do not disturb sign at my door and woke up to continued knocking at the door. When I answered it. A man and women apparently from housekeeping were surprised that someone was in there and said so. They wanted in to clean the room when I said no and said to clean it when I leave the next day. I WAS NOT HAPPY! Would not stay there again

Breakfast was okay. They kept running out of food and it took awhile to get refilled. Waited 2 mornings for oa**eal and finally gave up. Same with the eggs. Only 2 gals who were run ragged. Busy long weekend. Snd a tour bus Should’ve had more staff. Also more signage needed that GF items are available for the asking.

We have always stayed at this hotel (before they rebranded) when we visit Kelowna due to their convenient location. They have renovated the spaces and is now more modern and inviting. The hotel room was clean, but did notice a piece of hair on one of the pillows. The hinges on the bathroom door in our room (327) needed some lubricant. We didn’t request for it to be fixed during our stay as we were out for most of the day and didn’t feel comfortable getting it fixed while we were out. Their breakfast selections are decent. We will continue to stay here on our future visits.

Booked a king bed several weeks ahead not available when I checked in. Disappointed that there was no robes in our room. Apparently robes are not provided at this hotel - Won’t rebook

the staff were friendly and very helpful. the breakfast was excellent. the room was very spacious as expected. overall we appreciate it, and we highly recommend this hotel, gave 5 star, because it's worth it.

I PAID 300 CAD, THE ROOM IS FACING THE MAIN STREET, IT IS SO NOISY THAT I ONLY SLEPT 3 HOURS, AND THE AIR CONDITIONER IN THE ROOM IS TOO NOISY TO SLEEP. AND THE TERRIBLE SMELL IN THE ROOM. I THINK ******* SHOULD REFUND ME 15O DOLLARS.

Excellent location and wonderful staff. Breakfast was awesome aswell. One of the best we have had at a hotel. Room was very comfortable, but there are some repairs needed to the bathroom ceiling.

Great hotel. Very clean and large room. Staff was kind and helpful. Easy to get to and everything is super close.
