The hotel is absolutely stunning. Walking in, it just had this feel that made you never want to leave! The front desk was super friendly and very helpful. The room was absolutely beautiful, very clean and cozy!

We ended up here as a last resort due to a flight change. It was not a place I would ever recommend. The building itself is quite old. We had to walk around some dark areas in the middle of the night to find our room. The rooms are old and not very clean, despite the fact that there was clean bedding and effort made.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This property advertises shuttle service to the Philadelphia International Airport and, when our flight arrived and we asked to be picked up, they told us they no longer do that. That added an extra $80 to our trip. The hotel facility was horrible!!! The room stunk. The floors were dirty, and there was trash in the trash can. The door to the bathroom was split apart and would not close. There were bedbugs that bit us. Need I go on? AVOID THIS PLACE.

The hallways smelled like smoke and must, the room smelled like smoke and it was a non smoking room, sheet was stained and had burn hole. Breakfast advertised but nothing was offered. Room had no washcloths.

***** found in room I wish I could get a refund. Key card wouldn't work the bathroom was dirty sheets dirty room smell . I ended up checking into another hotel near by. The staff was terrible. I wouldn't recommend

No breakfast as advertised, no toilet paper or tissues in the room. Phone didn't work properly for the front desk, staff would not bring missing items. Stains on carpet and furniture, very must and smokey smell. Sink wouldn’t drain, bed decently comfortable, AC worked fine.

No breakfast bar and no airport shuttle as advertised on *******. Shower had zero water pressure. On the plus side mattress and pillows were comfortable. Check in and check out process was brutally inefficient.

Worst place to stay. Giving one star to this place because no option to give less than one. Room was dirty and bedsheet had stains. Bathroom door was broken and room was too stinky.Not recommended to stay.
