辛辛那提沙倫維爾拉昆塔溫德姆套房飯店(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati Sharonville)

Very nice hotel, modern and exceptionally clean decor. Nice hot breakfast with multiple choices of food. Staff was very nice.

Loved the ppl there. Room was very nice, loved the shower n size of room. Workers treated my pug great and he made many friends.

Hotel itself was decent. Treadmills didnt work. And there is no hot tub like it advertised online. First room was dirty & not what I had reserved. After getting the correct room, a group of teens were beyond loud right next to us. After asking them to quiet down & they didn't we asked to be moved. The girl at the desk said they didn't have anymore rooms. She kied because 4 hours later when we couldn't sleep so packed up & asked for a refund, the guy up front offered to move us. He was helpful & did give a refund, but it was definitely our worst experience with customer service.

We arrived in town for my grandmother’s funeral and checked in to find our room smelling of cigarettes smoke, Used swimming trunks under the sofa bed and sewing thread on the floor that my baby almost put in her mouth. As we were preparing to leave for the funeral, the toilet clogged. It took maintenance over 30 minutes to unclog it. Giving my husband no choice but to go down to the common area to use the restroom. Out of fear that we would be late I decided to jump in the shower. Of course this is when maintenance arrives. They had no milk for the cereal or creamer for coffee. The kitchen lady didn’t look too happy that I mentioned it. And while I’m on the subject of their staff at La Quinta, the women that work there are RUDE! They don’t smile, greet you, or say thank you. Upon us checking out at 7:10am, the front desk lady used an absurd amount of profanity as she talked to her male coworker. She did not care one bit that my children were sitting in the chairs in front of her. This has definitely been one of the worst experiences at an hotel.

This place is just like "lipstick on a pig" not even a prize pig, more like one going to the slaughterhouse. It looks nice here, but you will notice everything is broken, dinged up, ripped, stained, dirty, etc. The breakfast was barely safe for human consumption. Funny facr. The lady thawing and placing the food for breakfast was shouting to an employee that this was the best ever and it was because of her

short staffed but the staff that was there was very sweet and did what they could. as far as the rooms it was great shower could be better and would’ve loved to not be placed in a join room with dogs next to the room but the experience was cool had a good time with family.

There wasn’t any food for breakfast on Sunday morning. Someone “called off” and “”there was an unexpected amount of guests” this was before 9 am! I stay places with breakfast for a reason. There was no discipline with the kids running soaking wet from the pool making it not only a huge slipping hazard, but making it undesirable to be near the lobby area. Elevators were drenched as well. Won’t be returning.

The sofa bed sheets was dirty, crumbs and blood stains. The bathtub had a brown stains on the floor. Cust service very mean, no smile, argued between them infront of cust. Room is not ready when we came at 5:30pm. While I reserved the room online at 7:30am. No apologizing from them, and we have to wait for more than 45mins.

Evening staff was very friendly, the lady who was there during breakfast cusssed a lot and talked about how she didn't get holiday pay. Room was clean, no issues, breakfast wasnt filled up for drinks outside of coffee.
