我唯一的負面回饋是周六早上的人員配備。到達餐廳。所有的桌子都被使用了！而且盤子還沒被清理掉！有兩名年輕的工作人員，女孩正在做這項工作，但速度非常慢！那個年輕人消失了。大約10進廚房。不知道大家是不是已經心動了？？？有多少張桌子需要清潔？然後我看到經理走進餐廳。然後再離開！！！後來我和那位經理談了這個狀況。他的回答是他已經和他們談過了。我認為我認為這個問題沒有得到妥善解決。他應該幫助他們！！！！不幸的是……週日也是一樣。另一位年輕人告訴我，我可以為自己準備餐具等，然後在酒吧吃早餐！然後一個年輕女孩說，我可以去溫室吃早餐。她看起來比那裡的其他工作人員更有能力。我的另一個失望是那裡沒有煎蛋！只能炒了。廚師說，他當時做的鍋子壞了！！！！所以我的問題是......為什麼沒有人去拿一些煎鍋？？？尤其是和前一天一樣！！！！對於四星酒店來說。我以為這樣會更好？？？從正面的一面來看，我確實很享受這次住宿。希望如果我再來的話。這些問題將會得到解決。

Poor experience, should be 4 star hotel, but overall 3…
Light bulbs in 2 rooms gone, one of the room had broken shower hot water tap.
Someones ****t was in the wardrobe, hence no one is checking, cleaning or providing fresh bathrobes for next customers.
Boogers on bathroom doors…
Those rooms does not justify its price or stars….
Disappointing…
