i was arriving later(out of hours) then expected due to a small collision on route, i phoned in and the staff were very accommodating and helpful, i got there and pretty much went straight to bed, a lovely comfortable room i had a great sleep. Breakfast in the morning was great, the staff were very chatty and nice, i did notice how clean the place was it was immaculate, i will def stay there again😃

We booked this hotel while visiting friends. It’s was impressive straight away. The hosts where very friendly at helpful, breakfast was great The room was nice and bed was comfortable We will probably end up here again in the future

Excellent hotel, staff brilliant my only criticism is breakfast doesn’t start until 8am, as a business traveller I need to leave before 8.

Fantastic location for us and the rooms were large and clean. Breakfast and evening meal were delicious with a good option available.

Good food, good service, nice atmosphere. Only thing was the location - parking was abit tight and getting into the place from the road was not the easiest! but it was a lovely time with friends. Food was so tasty and everyone was friendly and delivering great customer service. Will be back!

Tried to redeem £5 of £15 spend e-mail which the server told me had been used before; it hadn't just the pubs usual useless IT. Complained about this pub before to area manager regarding service and nothing ever happens. The place charges premium prices for mediocre food and poor service.

First time staying for work. Stayed 2 nights, staff lovely and helpful. Food excellent, lovely area with the log burner central. Room, very comfortable, clean and warm. Look forward to staying again when I am down this way.
