For $100 it was great. Bed was a bit soft and fluffy but I slept hard so I guess it was ok. Otherwise it was a cheap place to sleep place to sleep that was safe and clean.

The property is close to everything in town, which makes it convenient.
The rooms are dated, some electrical outlets didn't work, TV kept going on and off, hair dryer didn't work, stairwells and hallways dirty, overall dingy. I feel that at approximately $100.00 per night, it should be kept up a bit better.

Every time i stay there the tub drain is backed up. The cold water sink faucet needs tightened up in 218. Dated room, but what do expect for price. I would say its the best option if staying in Jackson.

The hotel is located downtown Jackson and looks older but once you walk in, it’s nice, clean and welcoming. The bed was sooooo comfortable - we were excited about that.

Check-in was quick and easy. The room, including the bathroom, was very clean and odor free. The bed was comfy with plenty of comfortable pillows. Would definitely stay again.

Couldn't get in my room, so the staff switched my room from a king with a sitting area to a queen with a chair. And told me I wouldn't be charged. I shouldn't be charged for a down grade, I should get a discount.

Dirty and not well maintained! Fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night waking the entire family up. Staff denied it. Terrible experience!
