吉爾默公寓式飯店(Gilmer Apartment Hotel)

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than I thought, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is good.

The room was clean, but everything was fairly shoddy and old. There is a kitchen, but no pots/pans or kitchen tools, and there are notices about cooking that could result in heavy fines for smoke or smell. It was mostly an ok-ish hotel room, not an apart-hotel as advertised. Also, I needed to leave a day early, and they refused to refund my money for the night, stating policy and that it was *******'s fault. I contacted *******, who said it was the hotel who refused. I tried again, but was again refused by the hotel. I could see the policy being reasonable if the hotel was booked and they could have used my room, but there were clearly very few people there at the time.

Friendly reception on arrival. Explained and gave a little brochure on shortcut to Lambton Quay. Nice and close for shopping and public transport. Had an issue in the room with TV popped down to reception they came up immediately and fixed it straight away. Will definitely stay again.

clean and tidy, friendly staff. Was annoyed that we had to pay $25 a night for parking as no mention on Watif. It stated motel and parking

Absolutely loved that they put a crib in our room for our baby and cleaned the room and restock daily. The receptionists were friendly and always had a smile on their face.

First time to stay here, once got head where I was CBD wise fantastic please to stay, nice and central, safe and easy walk
