Hotel stay was nice, easy check in, valet was not orginized safely and had us stopping in the middle of the road to get out and offload luggage. There was not a designated, safe area for valet to handle the vehicles. Elevator smelled like sweaty workers and had poor air circulation, the hall way smelt like ****(not always a bad thing, just not at that time and place), and the most disappointing thing was the horrible service upstairs at the "resturaunt and bar." Service was non-existent and they were not busy in the slightest, the music was all "hard" rap music cursing that was not appropriate at that time considering there were still families present. My wife and I sat there for 30 minutes before I had to ask the bartender to make us a drink and I had to pay the bill at the hostess stand since our waiter never came at any point.

Beautiful hotel with lovey décor and accommodations. Easy check in and we were able to get in early.

Parking was impossible, despite advertising as available. Major hassle when the hotel parking is full.

I guess just any hotel can claim to be 4 stars these days? The bed was comfortable but otherwise I was not satisfied with this place. Half the lights in the room didn't work. The walls were thin enough that I could hear my neighbor watching TV all night, and doors slamming through the night as well. Also very noisy outside. I got very little sleep on the night before a big job (the reason I was in town), so ended up moving hotels the 2nd night.

Deceiving. You will not be allowed to enjoy the rooftop bar, restaurant or most of the areas pictured at all as it is always booked for private events. If you try to quietly enjoy your time on the side like near one of the fires they will ask you to leave. Those events are really REALLY loud with extremely untalented DJs. These private events create constant and annoying crowds in the lobby and the elevators which persist into the late hours of the evening. Stayed here once before last year and it was great, now it’s way more expensive and not worth it. They are focusing on being a venue rather than a hotel. Showerheads are leaky and cheap. Wish I had my money back. Only plus is that it is very close to the nats stadium and Audi field. Would not recommend.

The hotel is amazing and the staff is very helpful and friendly. My flight arrived in the morning way before check in, and they accommodated me right away with rooms! The restaurant is great, however watch the actual signs at the restaurant as the hours differ than what shows on Google. The food was very good, and fairly priced for DC.

Booked this hotel for the great location, upon arriving we were not able to check in on time and it almost made us late to the baseball game which my husband and I had came from very far away to watch. Seemed that the rooms were not cleaned yet, however, the front desk remained calm dealing with frustrating customers. luckily the game was delayed so the later check in did not matter. Bathroom was nice but the blankets on the bed did not smell clean. there was also a lady yelling in the lobby late at night so maybe there should be a bit more security?

Where to begin. Arrived at 230. Was told that check in started at 3 and we had tickets to Nationals game at 4. Arrived to be told that Valet was full due to game and we would need to find parking on our own. They gave us an app called SpotHero. Closest place was 1.5 miles away at a cost of 25.00. Drive over and uber back to find out our room was not ready. Checked in every 20 minutes to no avail. At 350 I asked how much longer and the nice young man said I have assigned you a room now so they will clean it and it should only be 15 minutes more. Why was my room not assigned when I got here at 230. Got into our room and over to the stadium late. One of the reasons we booked the hotel was the rooftop bar. We wanted to come back after the game and enjoy it. When we got back from the game we were greeted by a big sign that the bar was closed for a private party. No mention of that in the email of at check in. The room did not have hand soap. We asked for it twice and it was never delivered I will give out good jobs when they are deserved. Nice young man behind counter was Colby I believe. Very good at his job under pressure and the room was very clean. But I would never stay here again
