喬治城格雷漢姆飯店(The Graham Georgetown)

Nigh**are customer service!!!!! Avoid at all cost! We accidentally left four irreplaceable garments for an upcoming event on hangers in our wardrobe. As soon as we realized (the day after checking out) we contacted the hotel ASAP to organize for us to pay to have them returned to us. The front desk agent during this call showed little empathy for our situation and simply asked that we call again the following day as guests were currently in the room. This was confusing as I'd imagined that the cleaning staff would have unearthed the (not one, not two, but four) garments neatly hanging in the wardrobe while cleaning the room, and added them to lost property. Nonetheless I hoped for the best and called the following day. I also sent an email to the front desk to ensure that the next shifts staff were aware of our predicament. During the follow up call I was again greeted with a disingenuous employee. She said that no items were recovered before I was even able to tell her what room. She rudely cut me off to detail that protocol was for them to collect an email address and we'd be contacted if the goods are found. I explained that I'd already sent an email and spoken to another employee the previous day so would appreciate if we could organize retrieval ASAP. She assured me that she'd personally follow up with housekeeping and get back to me. The return voicemail within 3 minutes quipping that "no items were found" is a testament to her "really going t

Hotel is run down. Walls scuffed, etc. Terrible cold lighting. Need to use bulbs that are warmer color temp. Was a roach in my bathroom this AM. Major construction going on next door starting very early.

This was my first time staying at this property. I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff was very welcoming. The location is great in Georgetown. I only wish the weather had cooperated a bit more during my stay, as the area is amazing for walking and shopping.

The room in general ( bathroom in particular) smelled very bad . It smelled kind of moldy. Also, we paid extra for a “terrace” and we had a terrace however it is a scaffolding of a construction site & outdoor furniture is dirty with construction debris. Also, there is no view or anything. Not worth it at all.

Nice hotel trying to be a luxury facility but lacking in some small but noticeable amenities.

I chose The Graham for its location to a race I was running. However it was perfect for everything I did in DC. Easy walking distance to so many great places. All the staff were fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for my visit. And the Main Street with shops and restaurants was very close. We came to a graduation to Georgetown University. The only thing is did not like was the fact that the hotel charged for parking and my car was left on the street. Paring $60.00 a night and not having no my new car in a garage was terrible

Property is nice. rooms large. location good. But check in is 4pm which is too late for business people. No recognition of ******* status which seems common

Hotel was clean and chic with great little extras in the room. Staff was friendly. The one negative: My room was not ready when I arrived nor was it ready at check-in time. It took about 30 minutes after the stated check-in time to be available. But other than that hiccup, it was a great stay.
