Nightmare customer service!!!!! Avoid at all cost! We accidentally left four irreplaceable garments for an upcoming event on hangers in our wardrobe. As soon as we realized (the day after checking out) we contacted the hotel ASAP to organize for us to pay to have them returned to us. The front desk agent during this call showed little empathy for our situation and simply asked that we call again the following day as guests were currently in the room. This was confusing as I'd imagined that the cleaning staff would have unearthed the (not one, not two, but four) garments neatly hanging in the wardrobe while cleaning the room, and added them to lost property. Nonetheless I hoped for the best and called the following day. I also sent an email to the front desk to ensure that the next shifts staff were aware of our predicament. During the follow up call I was again greeted with a disingenuous employee. She said that no items were recovered before I was even able to tell her what room. She rudely cut me off to detail that protocol was for them to collect an email address and we'd be contacted if the goods are found. I explained that I'd already sent an email and spoken to another employee the previous day so would appreciate if we could organize retrieval ASAP. She assured me that she'd personally follow up with housekeeping and get back to me. The return voicemail within 3 minutes quipping that "no items were found" is a testament to her "really going t
