華盛頓國會山/海軍造船廠萬怡飯店(Courtyard Washington Capitol Hill/Navy Yard)

It's location was not far from the event I attended which was the winery. I didn't like that the parking was on a come first basis. Nevertheless after being charged to park and had to park on the street the front desk attendant Ms Yahel was very understanding, courteous and professional in handling the situation. Additionally, the common area of the hotel was exceptionally maintained.

Great location, very clean and up to date interior. Comfortable bed, effective curtains. My room had an inward facing window, so very quiet. The only complaint was that housekeeping did not come even once during my 6-night stay.

The front desk staff was exceptional - always helpful and friendly. The property was also very clean, which is a huge must have for me. We also had our infant daughter with us, and they provided a VERY CLEAN and new pack-n-play with mattress for her to sleep in. It was very close to the stadiums and lots of dining and bar options. We also loved how close it was to the Metro station - perfection! 1 of 2 elevators up to the rooms was not working, so unfortunately that was a pain during busy times, but not awful. The parking situation was also not ideal. You are paying for valet, but you still need to go down to the garage to drop off/pick up your car and all they do is park it for you or pull it out of the spot. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend others do too.

Young lady at the front desk on Monday, 7/31 around 5:30 was so helpful. We came in the wrong side of the garage and I was a little panicked but I had to run up and get help with parking. She confirmed my name and gave me the pass to take to my husband for parking then let me finish checking in. Stellar customer service and incredibly warm welcome from her when we came back up for our check in.

Pool and gym not available(renovations). Found a giant cockroach in our room the first night and they switched our room. Decided to go to another hotel after 2 days of our 6 day vacation. Friendly service, but overpriced bar/food.

Valet parking was mandatory and quite expensive. Everything else was good. AC unit was loud and the bath tub enclosure was outdated but still clean. Rooms were a 6-7 out of 10 IMO.

Strange odor in Lobby x 3 days. Staff did not know what it was. ? Beauty shop. Not in rest of building. Otherwise great stay

Staff is very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and perfectly located if you’re in town for a ballgame. Our room was clean and all amenities worked fine.

Good Experience. First time there, dude at the Front Desk was Very Welcoming and Honest. (Forget his Name). But Good Customer Service from the Whole Staff. Made My Stay worth it.
