The Castle Inn is right in the Old Town, right across from the Palace and to the Market Square. There are lots of great restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Be aware: there's no elevator! The rugs in the corridors are a bit shabby, but the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The decor is unique in every room, quirky and whimsical. The front desk is friendly and helpful. All in all: great location, great value, original decor. Quirky and bohemian more than luxurious.

I booked the brand-new Agora room, and it was amazing. The bed was the best I've ever slept in, the room was clean and tidy. The online check-in option is amazing, the receptionists are really kind and helpful. I stayed here for 2 nights, and I didn't have any problem with the traffic. Also, the hotel is located just the starting point of the huge skyscrapers. I can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Moreover, the dinner and breakfast were also really good, I think it worth the price of it.

我是1月24日至28日入住的單間。 優點：位置絕佳，可以步行到達所有老城的景點，從皇室大道步行真心舒適。早餐非常的豐盛，以至於我每天都吃到撐。前台服務很好，Pawel 先生接待我非常的熱心 耐心，並且提供我華沙地圖，還標註了路線圖。Olga女生非常的漂亮(ps 我可以約你共進晚餐嘛，看到請不要猶豫，直接聯繫我) 缺點：單人床還是有點小，被子太窄。衣櫃有點異味。最讓人受不了的就是無比差的WIFI ，居然沒有我的手機流量塊。強烈建議老闆改善一下。 總之，值得推薦。

My first impression of this hotel was very good, beautiful building, modern decor, stunning foyer and easy check in. The bedroom was huge, large double bed (room was big so think they could’ve made use of space and put larger bed in) large separate bathroom with heated floor and non steam mirror, it was a standard room so no view to speak of and no bath but wasn’t expecting that for a standard room. Mr H wasn’t joining me until second day and I slept well first night and bed seemed comfortable. But it was second and third night we had the issues, be warned Friday and Saturday night there are numerous clubs next door to the hotel and they party until 5am. Mr H and I on the Saturday night especially were awake for 3 hours while the shouting and screaming and smashing bottles went on outside. It did not make for a restful sleep, we also found with 2 of us in the bed it seemed to dip meaning we were rolling into each other all night!! We didn’t complain on check out as we could hear others complaining, plus we were leaving on the Sunday and knew we wouldn’t be back because of those very issues so didn’t see the point in complaining. We had breakfast and must say for Warsaw it’s very expensive around £20 each however it is excellent quality and variety. Served a La carte but you can pretty much have what you want and as much of it as you want. The smoked salmon bagel was particularly good and they serve sparkling wine and juices freely. Mr H had an omelette and pancakes and there was no problem with ordering extra dishes. Such a shame about the noise as this hotel could be a five star review.

我很失望 因爲沒有房間 我們得到了小Siut 一般的印象很好大部分傢俱都完全失靈, 在烤箱下面的冰箱(?!) 在桌子上, 讓它變得非常糟糕。還有一個箱子,裏面只有一個頭和一個牀單3天的咖啡/茶套,爲3個人提供2杯綠茶,2杯糖果和2杯液咖啡。廚房配備:3十字架,一個小子,一個小刀,當然還有杯子,3塊,一個小袋子沒有紙巾或廚房的毛巾。公寓裏有?這是什麼笑話, 總是有咖啡,茶,鹽,胡,糖等。我以前沒睡過 房間也一樣的價格是天地7點鐘的壞消息 我們被疏散警報打斷了我們知道是假警報 我們才知道是假警報 我們離開大樓後 我們有一陣子 就去接待處 好像沒發生什麼事從窗戶看窗戶,有陽台,沒有隱私,但是我知道我選擇哪家酒店。而且,這個位置在中心...我想它在華沙市中心的週邊。華沙人也許是中心 但對於酒店客人來說,不一定是

Very good hotel. Nice and new rooms. We had a room in 5th floor and there was nice view as well. Breakfast choise was small but everything was tasty. Parking was on the street, many there is parking in hotel as well but we choose to park in the street. Ride to city centre is approx. 10-15 min with car or taxi. Staff was kind and helpfull.

Friendly staff, the room was clean and we got a great room with an amazing big balcony. I’m really picky with the food and breakfast but at this hotel the breakfast was really fresh with many different options, and the breakfast is until 11 a clock which is good for those who like to sleep a bit longer. The atmosphere is very nice and it’s really a nice and clean hotel. There are free parking available just outside of the hotel building. This is the best 3 star hotel we have attend. It’s a little bit outside of the city but for this price and standard it’s really worth staying here.
