費城諾布飯店(Nobu Hotel Warsaw)

The welcoming and communication is a mess! 10 emails also in fb, IG for confirmation of the room, 4 days in advance. At the desk, the hostess told me they are overbooked so they can not answer right away, 4 days ok… I also book a dinner table 4 days in advance, the same mess… I have experiences in many NOBU, always fantastic but this one in Warsaw I really do not recommand!

Everything was perfect, got upgraded from a deluxe to an executive room for free, nothing to fault except the fact that there’s no pool

The hotel was nice, but I would recommend staying in the non-classic side of the hotel because there is a new side and an old side. I was expecting some sort of wow effect, but it was pretty standard. I enjoyed my stay at the Puro more.

staff was not attentive, we had to wait for more than 30 minutes for somebody to come and turn the sauna on, after we requested it multiple times. We booked spa time (which we thought would have included a proper spa), but they only have a sauna and they took for granted we would have wanted a 90 minutes deep tissue massage (which we never mentioned), Food was really good, but general hotel service is more like a 3 stars rather than 5.

Positive feedback from very early check-in, but not happy with the housekeeping services: it took ten hour and three requests to get an extra duvet. This is not what you would expect from a five star hotel.

The Property is good and the Classic Rooms large. But minor items such as the coffee cups are not the right size for the room coffee machines and there are no sake cups in the sake bar. Minor items but items that need attention.

Unfortunately Nobu Hotel Warsaw was disappointment and cannot be compared to my previous stays in other Nobu Hotels. Even thou I had a suite, the room was already missing pieces from doors, overall ventilation was bad and the room was missing the "premium" feeling. Service was like in any other 3 star hotel in Warsaw, and for example breakfast (That normally is topnotch in Nobu Hotels) was server cold and waitress collected dished immediately when you didn't hold them in your hands.

The hotel is pretty but the bathroom amenities are not sustainable at all.

Absolutely fantastic, exactly how it was supposed to be just like every time we stay at this establishment. Well managed and extremely good staff with a high level of standards at all times not 1 fault.
