設施：設施很棒 早餐很好 有會議室 點心等等
衞生：衞生有待改進 衞生間有毛髮
環境：環境很好 附近餐館 超市很多 交通方便
服務：服務人員很熱情 英文很好

非常好的一家酒店! 一個特點就是酒店倡導綠色環保，對不需要每天清理房間的房客發一張酒水飲料的消費卷，剛好我有潔癖，平常房間是不需要清理的，我住了六天，期中只有一天請人進來幫我清除垃圾，所以我總共領到五張卷，每晚去樓下的酒吧喝一杯，感覺非常愜意。
酒店位置非常中心，去華沙國家博物館和蕭邦紀念館都只需要步行十五分鐘左右就能到。 總之，以後再來時還想住在這裡。

I came to my room late at night and at 7:30 in the morning the door opened and it was as if the apocalypse had come, there was so much noise.

Not a 4 star hotel. You need TO PAY for slippers! Poor noise cancellation — you can hear your neighbors, both above and in a side! Facilities are very old, even table corners were broken, towel hanger was shaky— barely 3 star level. For this money, there are better hotels.
