Loved my room and how it was configured. Plenty of charging outlets. Comfortable bed. Well designed bathroom, and the bottles in the shower were configured at just the right height and location (as opposed to some hotels where they are right near the shower head so you blast your face with water when trying to use them!). Breakfast was delicious with good variety.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good.

Everything was good until we check out. We got bedbug bite all over. I left massage but no one is getting back. Very disappointing.

We had a great time seeing all there was to see and it was nice to come back to nice clean comfortable room

I did not like that I had to sit in the lobby for 2hrs because my room wasn't ready. I do understand that check in isn't normally until after 3pm however the room that was previously reserved by the military was available to check so v why not the room I reserved. Other than that, the hotel is great.

We really enjoy this hotel. This is our second Chris**as staying here, and could see this becoming a tradition! It’s close to family, pet friendly, and we were served a different breakfast every day during our stay— what more could we ask for? It was so nice having an indoor pool onsite, even though it was closed on our last day for maintenance. The rooms are clean and comfortable; this year I noticed some markings on the walls that could stand to be wiped (I didn’t have the resources to do it myself) but otherwise the hotel feels very safe and clean. See you again next Chris**as! Also- when I was walking the dogs, I noticed laundry lint building up in the back yard area. It got denser during our stay. Might be time to clean those air filters from the laundry room!

The whole stay was excellent the staff was very cooperative respectful and understanding geat hotel great service

Excellent front desk service ! So impressed that the day when I arrived at Philadelphia, it was raining , I called in to ask if I could have an early check in , the girl who answered the phone said she would arrange that for me as soon as possible , then I waited just an hour and I got a call back that I could check in about 2 hours and half than the normal check in time , I really appreciate that ! Will definitely come to stay in this hotel and everything here is so wonderful , the best hotel in town !

Very clean and looks like newly constructed facility. The hotel is beautiful and well kept!
