Not a good hotel

I and my colleagues have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions over the last 5 years as well as staying at other premier inns across the country. Never an issue at this hotel, staff so friendly and helpful and cant do enough for you. In better weather the gardens are nice to sit out in and have a drink. Quiet location and never any bother.

A great hotel, clean, comfortable and the staff genuinely make the difference. I would not hesitate to stay here again. They even left a note and an Easter Egg for my daughter. The hotel is also in a good location to access the motorway.

Just want to point out that this Premier Inn is not responsible for the Brewer's Fayre restaurant poor quality. The hotel itself is great. The kids meal wouldn't feed a fish it's that small and extremely poorly cooked. I had to order adult meals for the children because they would have starved.

Best premiere in for me staff brilliant carnt do enough for you breakfast outstanding really handy for moterway and also handy for shopping evening meals really good deal beds are so good really get a great nights sleep as i only have a shower at home first thing i do everytime i arrive in the bath

I stayed in the hotel this week in room 115. Comfy, clean, and quiet. Ian in reception was very helpful in booking the restaurant and advising on alternative places to eat nearby. He always remembers me from previous stays here. Will stay again.

Never make reviews but there was a helpful card in the room on how to and I just wanted to share my experience; really enjoyed the stay, was convenient and the kids loved the elf hide and seek. Thank you premier inn staff you were great! Didn’t get to try the restaurant next door but I think we will definitely be back! The kids loved it and was so close to gullivers where we went. Disappointed, accessibility was misconstrued, accessibility is defined as accessible for all, yet they gave me an accessible room with a low bath for a 94 year old who walks with a frame. Therefore inaccessible. Moved for last three days , however as booked in early Oct, they should have got it right. Unhelpful on phone as insisted that handles and a low bath was accessible, wouldn't accept not accessible to all, or that having been told about a 94 year old walking with a frame would mean they needed a wet room. Not a low bath

The location is quiet good, near Tesco extra not too far. The room is clean and tidy. We're so comfort to stay for 1 night. But little space for charging the EV car. There is a carboot sales near the hotel, it is about 4 mins drive, will come again for the next time.
