It's good hotel room is big enough for us ,pool is little cold water in room temperature no life guard

La couverture du lit avait une tâche. Sûrement que ça était perçu mais pas enlevé. Le bruit des autres occupants s'entend fort surtout le claquement des portes des 6h du matin

No decaf coffee available, outdated /damaged tub, masking tape holding soap dispenser up in tub area, can't fill sink to hold water, their Van blocking walkway to entrance, no toilet seat cover, no freezer door in fridge, cable list supplied was not accurate to their service, deadbolt lock would not securely lock, window was not locked (ground floor)

The room was fairly clean but needs updating. The carpet needs to be replaced. Should repaint. The tub needs to be reglossed bc there was a big paint chip in the tub. There were many dead nats by the AC unit. The room overall was comfortable. The bed was firm. AC was working great. Worth the price.

The tv/remote wasn’t working. Someone had to come to the room twice to change channels. It was not resolved so staff left a second remote; one to operate sound, other for channel changing. And neither remote could access the guide. If any other button was pressed, it locked me out and staff needed to come back to reset it with a “special” remote that I could not use. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke, particularly in the bathroom. I think it was traveling through the vent. The apples at breakfast, 3 out of 4, were old/rotten. The pool had no towels in their towel holder. It was not busy either. It just wasn’t stocked. The part that was most bothersome was that upon checkout, I was not asked how my stay was. I was handed a receipt only. I found that to be unprofessional. After I walked away, I thought better of it and returned to desk to give feedback even though it wasn’t asked of me. I am not confident that it made a difference.

Très belle Hotel

All of the accommodations and amenities were exactly as advertised. The bed was very comfortable to the point that we slept in linger than planned and wanted to find out who makes them. The rate was economical and worth what i paid. The staff were all helpful too, particularly the Housekeeper who loaned us a corkscrew she happened to have in her pocketbook. Lol.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was nice. The employees qas very friendly

3 night stay in 2 rooms for family funeral. People were VERY friendly and helpful. Property felt safe, in a good neighborhood with little traffic. Rooms, hallways elevator dated and stained. Beds aren’t terribly comfortable. Rooms had an odor. Walls are thin, easy to hear talking in the next room.

The main reason we choose this property for our stay was for the indoor pool. When we checked in I was told that the pool was and has been out of order. It would have been nice to be told this when making the reservation. The front desk clerk said that the pool has been out of service. If that is the case then they should not say they have a pool for their guests. They should list that the pool is out of order. I would have taken my family some place else that had a pool which is one reason why we went there.

Front desk young lady by the name of Alicia was not sure how to split a payment. She called one manager and then called another when was unclear and worked it out. She made the effort. Enjoyed our stay very much. Especially the breakfast which is included with stay. A1 quality breakfast.
