This is my new favorite hotel in every city I go for business. Rooms have everything you need. Bathrooms are brand new and perfectly clean. Beds are super comfortable.

Clean hotel with great service. The location was good and was accessible Will definitely be back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was sufficient to get you going in the morning.

Quiet, love that

The customer service here is always amazing!! The young woman who checked me in with red braids "Thank you" she was down to earth and wonderful. I love coming here and I drive an hour away to stay at this location. I am a traveling Social worker and motivational speaker. The gentleman who checked me out on 7/11/2023 this morning keep up the great personality!

I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past year! Reasonably priced, clean, and awesome staff. This hotel is close to a decent shopping center and only 20min from downtown Detroit.

Lady checking me in was unfriendly and rude. There was loud music outside my window tell like 10:30. Floors were filthy we had to throw away our socks due to it.

I arrived at the hotel to check in Jasmia and Ralph was at the counter. Ralph assisted me a room i went to go check the room an it wasnt clean. I went back to the dest Jasmia gave me a different room also wasnt clean i was ready to cancel the hotel stay but i tried 1 more time. She gave me a different room on the 1st floor the room smelled as of someone had cleaned ot but it also wasnt cleaned it stil had things left in the fridge an the the bathroom wasnt clean they made it presentable. I ask for someone to come clean it an she said that they didnt have houses keepers. So i took it upon myself to clean the fridge an bathroom. I left the hotel to go get food the next morning an someone came i to my room no one informed me that they house keeping service came in the room when theroom is occupied an the person that came in didnt clean the room they made the bed an put makeup wipes on the sink. This was an all around bad trip i will not go to this hotel again.

The room I reserved wasn’t an available at my check in time. I was not offered a discount for down grading my room do to the booking through a 3 party. D

Easy on off freeway

The hotel was great, clean and friendly staff. Not having carpet does make the room feel cleaner but you also hear everything from the floor above from the rolling luggage to every footstep.

I stayed for 3 nights on a mother-son trip. It was easy to navigate to the hotel. Check in was easy. Plenty of parking availability. There is hot tea/coffee available 24/7. The rooms are cleaned and serviced daily if wanted. The second day I asked for a towel exchange, but none were ready. They were still not ready when I returned to the hotel around 5:30, but plenty were given to us around 6:30 that evening. The staff was always very kind and accommodating with questions. A continental breakfast was served daily. Everything was clean and well-cared for.
