辛辛那提東北-梅森Residence Inn 飯店(Residence Inn Cincinnati Northeast/Mason)

The hotel and room was very clean. The staff was great! I gave it four stars because I question whether the comforter had been washed in a long while. Both of the comforters on the queen beds had a yellow-ness along one edge and it didn’t smell clean.

The facility was very clean and close to many restaurants. If attending Kings Island or Great Wolf Lodge, excellent location.

Breakfast was great and the room was really spacious and clean. Plenty of work space as well. Super close to Kings Island if wanting to stay close to the park.

Got walked due to over booking front desk wasn't apologizing or helping move to a crappy place an not given a refund of my difference in price due to place an location.

Room is very dirty, and smells poorly. Floors are grossly dirty, kitchen is totally dirty with food, fingerprints, smeared greasw and dirt.

The room was fine. I was charged twice for the room and I still haven't been compensated.

Amazing and friendly staff! The staff who stocked and cleaned the breakfast area were amazing and were so nice, they deserve a shoutout for how good of a job they did. The hotel was very quiet and the rooms and hallways smelled fresh and clean. The only complaint we have is the mattress was a bit worn and could use replaced.

Clean hotel. Rooms provide enough space for family. Quite even through the New Years Eve holiday. Very close to Kings Island. Several restaurants are conveniently in walking distance.
