凱藝套房飯店(Quality Inn & Suites Ottumwa)

A nice quiet clean room for the night. Friendly staff. Great value!

Quality Inn's are not my regular choice, but this one was close to my destination so ZI stayed. Good choice, better than other Quality Inn's. Rooms are in renovation stage, I was assigned a room already updated. It was very pleasant. Other than some noise from neighbors upstairs, it was a good stay.

The room had didn’t have much light even with all the lights on. Vending machine at my money a few times. Only had one bag to use. I use for dirty clothes and there were 2 people

Liked clean quite Dislike, parking. Alot of large equipment around. Liked, convenient close to location of trip.

Helpful staff made easy work of my checkin. I arrived after dark, so I can’t say anything about the property.

Interior of facility was clean and you can tell that remodeling is being done. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. But if i was just driving by im not sure id of stayed. They outside wasnt very pleasing to your eye.

Had no water for a shower and had to be moved to another room.

Nice place, they are remodeling, so looks messy, but what they have done, is a nice touch. Need new windows, so you can open Super...customer service, great Breakfast/coffee in the AM Move the smoking away from the building....Everyone was so nice, and and it showed that they cared.

Hotel is doing some great remodeling. Will be super nice when finished. Our room was a little on the small side but it was just my niece and myself. We were fine. Iur room had been recently remodel. Very nice.
