Beautiful location. Had a wonderful room on the corner with fantastic views. The only issue raised was there was no toilet paper and only one sachet of hot chocolate and a single pack of biscuits so we were unable to have a horrible chocolate and a pack of biscuits each at night. Would stay again and make use of spa facilities. Pool and steam room and sauna were perfect. Food was 5*

A really good hotel in a quiet part of the town. Its a spa hotel with a wide range of spa options.
Amazing location and scenery. Good views from the room.
It has a pool, sauna, steam room and gym.
Would definitely visit again.

Return visit for us. Friendly staff, fabulous location and comfortable rooms. It’s like a home from home for us when visiting family. Our only grumble is the weak wifi which comes and goes.

After a heavy downpour just after our arrival, our room ceiling sprang a leak and we had to move room but the staff were brilliant ensuring we still had a great stay. The views were lovely around the lake and we had a great round of golf on this interesting course which was in excellent condition. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the tapas from Charlie’s bar. Thanks to Chris and his team.

What a beautiful place!! Loads of parking, beautiful views, staff are fantastic, attentive and cant do enough for you without being overbearing. Room was huge and the bed was huge and comfortable, there were weddings on both days we stayed but we heard no noise at all in the room we had. Used the pool/sauna/steam room and jacuzzi, all very clean and not overcrowded. Great place, would recommend to anyone.

This was an amazing place – so tranquil and relaxing, such a hidden gem. Everything about it was perfect from our meals including breakfast, the room and the overall atmosphere. We will certainly be back. The staff were friendly and approachable. We couldn’t fault anything.

Lovely setting and great leisure club.
We had a room where the only narrow window looked onto a fire escape.
My main issue was that the room was very poorly lit eg too dark to read a book even using bedside lights.
