Absolut sauber und richtig tolles Frühstück, die Lage perfekt für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt, das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht, den Aufenthalt so schön wie Möglich zu machen.Das Frühstück konnte man sich aus suchen, mit großer Auswahl...

Kalbsschnitzel war zu trocken und keine Zitrone dabei. Frühstücksbuffet Standard. Unterkunft aus den 80er Jahren aber sehr sauber. Personen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Preise etwas zu hoch

Abendessen war von guter Qualität und geschmacklich sehr gut. Zum Frühstück gab es auf Anfrage der Küche frisches Ommlett und belgische Waffeln mit Äpfeln.

Very friendly staff in particular the service for breakfast was remarkable. Highly recommended and true value for money.

We enjoyed our stay for three nights in Alte Mühle very much. We were given an upgraded, very large studio suite. Breakfast buffet was very nice, all of their personnel were lovely and helpful. Bad Bertrich is a quiet village with restaurants and a rather close drive to Beilstein, Cochem and Bernkastel-Kues.

Oh my word what a beautiful place! We have just spent a wonderful couple of hours on the terrace with the new manager David tasting some of the superb wines from the Stefan Prüm local vineyard. Having a sommelier share his knowledge of great wine and food , along with the fabulous views from the terrace made this a very special visit. Tucked away in a quiet corner of Bad Bertrich within a short walk of the beautiful thermal spa makes this the perfect location in the quiet spa town . A very special place to stay, and a wonderful alternative to the hustle and bustle of the towns on the busier Moselle. Can’t wait to come back and stay in the newly renovated rooms!

Super nice, cozy hotel in a quiet area within walking distance to most activities. The service was excellent and the food absolutely delicious. Very clean. We loved the super comfy beds. Lots of great hiking, golfing and relaxation in the region. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay here was fantastic. It is in a remote area but a good base to explore from. The drive and the views all around are spectacular. Its a lovely area of Germany. The hotel staff are super friendly and make you feel very welcome. Thank you David for some great suggestions of places to visit. The room was pleasant and very spacious. There is an amazing spa a short walk from the hotel which a real treat at the end of a day exploring.
