瓦柯廣場凱悅嘉軒飯店(Hyatt Place Waco South)

It was our anniversary 37 and they give us a room 212 with tv no working tel no working they switch to other room at mid nigh and they give us disability room with disability showers and bed so low and smell terrible they ruin our anniversary so disappointment with Hyatt place in Waco tx on 12/2/23

I was traveling alone and wanted to stay somewhere i felt safe but wasn't too expensive. The stay was spur of the moment and ******* saved me at least $40 on my room! The room was clean, roomy and had the Hallmark channel. A perfect place to rest up for the rest of my trip the next day. Free breakfast was greatly appreciated as well.

I've stayed at countless hotels and motels. This hotel is the best of the best. There is no better value. Quality through and through down to every detail. The morning breakfast is the truly enjoyable experience with variety and even a restaurant quality french toast on some days.

This hotel is in a great location near many things. It has usual wear&tear. Great value and friendly staff. They were out of blankets for the roll out sofa, which was inconvenient. Overall I would recommend.

The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The only reasons i gave a low score is because i had no face towels or bar soap for hand hygiene.

Slightly disappointed. There were not enough towels. I’ve machine broke. Door to room broke.Tv service was no good, coulyeven stream and staff didn’t know how to help. Breakfast was poor. Better at LaQuinta.

Not the worst place but our room had some issues. Our toilet had a problem flushing, or door had a problem closing all the way, and some light bulbs were out in my room. I heard every pounding step of the room above us. On the plus side when we addressed the issues with the staff they were very quick to respond

Sat employees very friendly. I got the feeling the Sun people thought I was a nuisance. Television was out over entire hotel from check in until after midnight. Outside my window sounded like the windy 500. I know that can’t be helped. The breakfast was sub par in my opinion. Fruit looked good, I just don’t care for fruit. Eggs were dry and cold. I had oatmeal. It was good. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was anxious to get done. They were knocking on the doors before checkout time.
