Our stay was great! The cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities were amazing. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Great hotel. Reed at guest services was friendly, really pleasant and very helpful. The only downside was our room faced the highway and the traffic noise was pretty noticeable. Would definitely stay there again and ask for a room facing the other direction. It’s a fantastic location so traffic noise could be overlooked.

We stayed in Waco for a business event and would put this hotel on our list to stay again. It was easy to get to with lots of resturant choices close by. The room was clean and spacious with a very modern feel. The only issue I had was that the bathroom floor was sticky and appeared to have darkening on the grout from urine staining. Other than that, everything else appeared to be well taken care of.

Parking lot had limited ingress/egress (maybe to discourage non client parking?). Front desk personnel very helpful.

We absolutely loved this hotel. We've been travelling all around texas and this was our favourite. Rooms were great, service was friendly and breakfast was so good. Its walking distance from Magnolia and it has free parking. I would definitely recommend staying here

Rooms were very clean and spacious, design was unusual but worked, beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Close to downtown. Stayed here to visit Magnolia locations and Dr Pepper museum on our way through to Dallas.
