霍斯利斯列天空飯店(Horsky Hotel Sliezsky Dom)

Schön gelegene Unterkunft in den Bergen. Ist ein Zwischending zwischen einer Berghütte und einem Hotel (dafür allerdings auch recht hohe Preise). Bei uns war die Straße hoch gesperrt, so dass wir uns unten mit dem Hotelbus abholen lassen mussten. Essen war von moderater Qualität-

La localisation de l'hôtel est certainement magique. Peut être (je dis bien peut être) est-ce suffisant pour assurer un remplissage suffisant. Étape 1: la navette si on laisse sa voiture au parking. Une par heure. Ça semble peu quand sur le site ça laisse penser que c'est sur appel téléphonique. Étape 2: Accueil. Plutôt bon dans l'ensemble. Sauf pour un point. La majorité des clients sont là pour le sommet. Ils partent entre 5 et 6h. Impossible d'avoir une boite avec quelques nourriture pour le petit déjeuner. Perso je trouve ça scandaleux !!! Étape 3 : le buffet du soir obligatoire (malgré la présence d'un menu sur le site). Si on a faim c'est un bon rapport qualité prix. Mais seulement sinon à bien faim Étape 4: La nuit. Peu dormi (alors que le lendemain j'avais une course d'alpinisme) à cause de bruits. On était au premier... au dessus du resto. Et seulement ça ? Difficile à déterminer l'origine du bruit, si ce n'est que ce ne sont pas les voisins pour le coup.... Le lendemain, idem pour la navette obligé d'attendre 39 minutes. Pour résumer, quand je suis dans un refuge à 35€ la nuitée OK. A 175€, je m'attends à bien mieux.

Die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Insgesamt verlief ein/- und auschecken sehr unkompliziert.

This is my second stay at Sliezky Dom, an excellent location for all types of winter sport. The hospitality of the staff from the kitchen to waiters were exemplary.

You are not allowed to park at the hotel and must park in a parking lot about 7 km down the mountain. This affectively limits your ability to go into the small towns and are forced to have the evening meal at the hotel at €25 each person the meal was not worth €25.

The drive up was exciting but what you see when you arrive is jaw dropping beautiful! We had no idea it would be this amazing in person! Check in was quick and easy, and staff were all very welcoming. We had a corner view facing the mountains and lake and couldn’t stop staring! The hiking is wonderful and if we had been better prepared for the cold would have done a proper hike. Dinner and breakfast were small but wonderful, ample offerings of tasty food. We loved the 1 hour of wellness included with our room (spa view is amazing). The only thing is check with hotel about leaving window open at night as we tried with ours, but the wind was so intense it shook our whole room so we opted to only crack it open. Highly recommended!

This is a superb property providing spectacular views, transportation to and from the property, great food, clean environment and much more!!

I was very disappointed with the hotel's staff. I never leave negative reviews but both hotel managment and potential clients should be aware of this. I have reserved the winter romantic getaway promotion for myself and my partner (with 3 course dinner, 2 course lunch, welness, view point, welcome fruit basket and welcome bottle of wine, late check included), and when I got to the room, there was no welcome gifts. My partner came down to reception to inform them of the mistake, and their answer was "we don't have it on the system and we can't honour any of that". Great! So due to their system fault, they were not able to honour the conditions of the reservations and they didn't even offer partial refund. The reception didn't follow up to understand why it didn't appear on their system, simply they blamed me for booking it incorrectly where I definitely booked it the correct way, because I ensured that the promotion code is included, and yes, yes it was. Very disappointing. This would never take place in an actual 4 star hotel on the West of Europe. After the incident, we felt very negative vibe from reception not even saying hello to us or giving ua looks for I believe being "demanding guests" since we have paid for this. This stay was supposed to be my birthday treat, and they absolutely destroyed the weekend. At the same time, we got a confirmation that they would be able to cater for vegans. During breakfasts vegan people could eat 1 particular bread and jam and some fruit unless it was already eaten by other guests. That's it. One bread type and jam and maybe pineapple. No ham/cheeses/butter/eggs alternatives. Nothing. For dinner, the guests have about 10 different meal options and they all look amazing. For vegans? Fries and vegetable salat. Not one hot meal replacement, you don't eat meat or cheese? Eat raw salad. This isn't acceptable and this clearly isn't "catared for vegans" but "we happen to have salad and fries since other guests would like that too. It's not difficult to make a soup without cream, or to make curry without meat. Thank God, I got only 2 nights in the hotel because on salads only (and bread and jam) you wouldn't be able to function long term.
