My preferable place of stay in Volgograd was Hilton Garden Inn. When I planned my business trip to Volgograd this time on 11-Apr-2023, my choice was the same despite my business partners asked to choose another hotel to stay. On arrival to the hotel, we could not check-in for one hour - appr. 11:30 till 12:30. Due to this delay we missed important customer meeting. Receptionist endlessly told us they it was because of IT issues and they can’t do anything. We asked receptionists to talk to manager to give us a room to change clothes. But manager, as we’ve been told, refused. So, we were unacceptably late in our customer’s office. Choice of food at breakfast was limited. Impression was that staff was not happy to do their job. Were slowly and not polite. Both my colleagues noted the same. After breakfast, at 8:30 internal construction works started inside the hotel breaching Russian law that prohibits loud works before 9 AM. It was so early and noisy, that I could not suffer and started to call reception. Reception phone didn’t answer. I had to come down. Receptionist, her name was Lada, told that she was busy and could not pick up the phone. Hotel manager was not in the hotel yet and, but had to come at 9 AM, also Lada was sorry that she can do nothing about works ongoing. From 9:00 till 9:15 I was asking Lada to ask Manager to come to reception. Finally Lada gave up and went to call Manager. Manager’s name was Svetlana Kareva. I explained her all the issues happened in Hotel,… but manager Svetlana started to argue that noise is OK etc.. Trough the last years being there I noted that quality of service in that particularly hotel was deteriorating to the level unexpectable for Hilton brand name. Talking to another guest while waiting for Receptionist’s manager, he also commented that service quality of Volgograd Hilton Garden Inn is not like other Garden Inns in Russia. he said that this hotel is “special” in terms of service quality. For many years Hilton Garden Inn hotels in Russia were one of the best chain hotels. I wrote couple reviews in past been inspired by attention that Hilton staff always showed up. I don’t want to believe that this kind of service will spread across Russia. Definitely, I will never ever consider Volgograd Hilton Garden Inn as a place to stay in Volgograd.

С целью быстро заехать и переночевать, отель справляется на ура, если не обращать внимания на детали. Что такое сервис и гостеприимство, в этом месте не знают. Номер, категории люкс, с не работающей лампой, мигающим светом в ванной и сломанной душевой кабиной (треснут поддон и отваливаются двери). Кулер с водой на этаже, в котором нет воды (ни на этаже размещения, ни на ресепшене, подошли на бар, в ответ - тут только из под крана). Кровать размера king-size странно заправлена двумя наволочками, предназначенными для одноместного спального места. Одеяло заботливо свернуто и помещено в полку письменного стола. «Собери сам», видимо, концепция такая). Сам номер чистый, с окнами во двор, не шумно и достаточно уединенно, несмотря на полную загрузку. Завтраки, честно, просто позорные, есть тут нечего, абсолютно, разве что отсыревшее печенье к кофе. Предлагается каша или омлет с бутербродом, простите, но ни то, ни то, есть невозможно. Это просто некачественно и не вкусно. Омлет разваливается, из него вытекает непонятная жидкость и в дополнение, шкурка от помидора внутри. В период завтрака действует система самообслуживания, так что заказанный «кулинарный изыск» вы будете нести себе сами, когда «улыбчивый сотрудник» крикнет «забирайте» и вручит поднос. От общения с сотрудниками отеля остались двойственные впечатления. Особых претензий нет, просто хотелось бы видеть более благоприятное отношение. Никто не просит вечно ходить на позитиве, но работа в сфере гостеприимства предполагает дружелюбное отношение к своим гостям, как минимум. Единственный человек, которому хочется сказать спасибо - администратор Ирина, после общения с ней впечатление немного улучшилось! Доброжелательная, встретила с улыбкой, помогла и пожелала хорошего дня. Действительно приятно было общаться с ней. Это был второй опыт посещения отеля сети «Мартон», но не могу сказать что он, как и первый, получился удачным, больше не вернемся. Причем, и в первом, и во втором случае недочеты совпадают, хотя отели располагаются в разных городах.

下午好。想留下評論。很擔心酒店的選擇和半豪華房價6000,兩天的價格。我不知道女孩在3天的評論中怎麼會有17000。酒店乾淨整潔,這方面很喜歡。房間安靜,鄰居聽不到。唯一的負面水管,浴室裏裂縫的底部,漏水,但我們沒有特別緊張。我們只來過夜。他們有點不高興-因爲孩子的房間只有2牀,他們帶來了一個鋪設,其網格被壓到地板上。他們要求換,但事實證明,酒店裏所有的這些鋪設都被證明。請各位注意,你仍然在收錢的牀位。關於早餐...孩子們誰在評論中寫你很少,可能習慣在土耳其的酒店吃飯,那裏的早餐桌會破裂。我丈夫和兒子吃了子(選擇三種),一塊子,一塊火腿和黃瓜三明治和一塊蛋糕。咖啡可以喝10杯。總體來說,一切都很好。謝謝你的關心。

Very Nice hotel, best location , nice view , very good clean apartments, historical Hotel, many famous people stayed where. Very welcome reception! yummy breafast, cozy restaurants. many channels are available on the tv 2 minus : dirty toilets near restaurant on the first floor, cutlery on the breakfast time were very cheap, unexpected

В номере есть все необходимое, все функционально и стильно размещено, порадовало наличие хорошего утюга с отпаривателем в номере и плечики, вешалки и всякие приблуды, чтоб на встрече вы выглядели великолепно.
