A l arrivé un mur comme une prison entrée par une petite porte et on découvre un hôtel superbement aménagé des chambres belles une bonne literie …. La douche une catastrophe ,le coffre fort n’existe pas ( contrairement à la descriptions ) mais la partie désagréable et pesante c’est l attitude du personnel ( sauf la réceptionniste) qui est désagréable, impolis et une attitude policière envers nous les touristes non albanais. Oui je reviens en Albanie mais pas dans cet hôtel

Struttura da evitare assolutamente! Poca cordialità!!! Ti trattano come una bestia!!! Carne da macello!!! Pulizia pessima!!! Certa gente non dovrebbe lavorare!!!! Ristorante di bassa qualità!!! Piscina sporchissima!!! Spiaggia con lettini e ombrelloni inagibili!!!

Un cadre paradisiaque, hotel de qualite, personnel très accueillant, bonne cuisine. Nous etions en famille et avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 nuits, entre la piscine à l’eau de mer et la vraie mer qui se trouvait à 100 mètres. A refaire.

This place is a wonderful oasis! We travelled from Canada to get here. It was myself. My husband and our 2 year old. There was absolutely nothing to complain about (I don’t understand previous reviews why they’re so negative, DON’T BELIEVE THEM) This is absolutely a 5 star hotel. The service was wonderful and the staff truly go out of their way to help you (i had an eye infection and Aureli at reception helped me and kindly gave him his medication he happened to have on hand and saved me from having to find a pharmacy outside of the hotel). The room was very clean and pretty. Wonderful beach view. The food was delicious at Daphne and breakfast was great as well. Lots of options to choose from. Lots of kids and babies , so the perfect family resort! There was also a promenade to walk along to get to restaurants in Qeparo. The sunsets were incredible! Special thanks to Besa, Aureli, Albion and all the workers at Daphne. You all were so kind , caring, and helpful. We appreciate you all!

Room was nice and it was lovely with the beach and the beach chairs. WiFi also worked quite well. Everything else was not worth the money compared to other cheaper hotels. The pool was only open at some hours. The breakfast was mediocre. Most of the staff was indifferent at best and rude at worst and not at all helpful. Only the receptionist was very kind. As a non-Albanian speaker, I felt very unwelcome as it was very clear that the staff was treating foreign tourists more rudely than Albanian tourists. Also beware there are a lot of families with small kids. Always some child crying and they are all running around and shouting. This is fine for some, but if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful, this is not the place. This hotel wants to seem luxurious but really isn’t. I would not recommend this place at its price rate.

Awful food. We ordered some simple starters at first and they were awful. It takes a lot to ruin a bruschetta but they did it. It is difficult to ruin a simple white cheese portion but they served the worst cheese. The vongole dish had plenty of empty shells. The mixed fried seafood plate was awful. It got to a point where French fries which were forgotten came after repeated requests… they were cold! And then to top it off you have to ask three times for a bottle of water. It’s not a restaurant, it’s a bad canteen!
