"Booked my holiday with love holidays ... never again! Booking process was easy ... arrived in Albania to find no transport was made to get us to the hotel so we had to hire a car. When we eventually arrived at the hotel we was then informed we had to pay city tax. Arrived at to our room (outside temp 25 degrees ) opened the door and was blasted with a heater kicking out allot of heat. The lady on reception said it must be broken and there was no air conditioning . With no rooms left she trf us to Regina city hotel although a little higher in standard we had the same issue . Reception did try to help and did provide us with a fan but this didn't help at all window couldn't be left open because of the traffic noise .. similar to that in New York ... Breakfast be warned you must get up early when we arrived everything had been eaten and little was left and it was cold ... this was 8.30 am .... We stayed two nights and checked out. Will never use love holidays again ... and we do not recommend vlore to stay or the Regina hotels. Reception staff are lovely and Albanian people friendly ....love the country .. my advise tour around and use booking dot com for hotels ."

"Went August 2025. (Room : Unit Name: : 228. We had no hot water, TV not working, plus there was a foul mold odor in the room. We were told it will all work within 15 minutes. After 30 minutes we decided to leave nicely as we are over 65 yrs old and wanted to shower and rest. They refused to give us a refund of $80 Euros although the room was not utilized. STAY away from this junk as they do not have respect for their customers."

"四月我們抵達時，是冬歇期後的第一批客人。前台熱情接待了我們。我們預訂了三晚，四人入住。飯店設施：飯店距離海灘約100公尺。飯店內所有設施都維護得非常好。酒店周圍環繞著其他酒店，泳池位於酒店中間。不過，這並沒有影響我們的入住體驗。陽台可以欣賞到部分海景。房間非常寬敞乾淨，衣櫃空間充足，可以存放很多衣物，這點非常棒！飯店設有自己的停車場。餐廳：餐廳的裝潢時尚迷人，酒吧是餐廳的亮點，風格別緻。早餐美味又富有創意。一定要嚐嚐酒吧的鮮榨柳橙汁加冰塊。咖啡味道很棒——當然，這是對德國人來說的咖啡 ;-)。晚餐也非常美味且份量十足。員工：超禮貌，樂於助人。入住期間，您會感到賓至如歸，盡情享受假期。總結：一家非常棒的飯店！性價比超高！我們還會回來的！"

"Positives: Very friendly staff that will help you with anything The food is pretty great and not that expensive. Ok Prices. Negatives: The place is close to a construction site and a boulevard so don't expect any peace and quiet. As far as I am aware there are no elevators which can make it a bad choice if you have someone that is immobile and the rooms are on the last floor. The rooms were just painted which was an issue since the paint didn't fully dry(Personally got my black jacket a bit dirty because of this). TV Remotes were not working, owner changed the batteries when we asked for help."

"根本沒有停車位。代客泊車員會把車停在能停的地方，而且總是掛一檔，確保我們離開時車停得妥當。我們最後一晚，一個愛開玩笑的小傢伙凌晨5點把我們吵醒了好幾次。前台警告了我們，卻假裝沒聽懂。這家旅館不值這個價。我保證，其他地方比這裡好得多。房間很大，而且乾淨得無可挑剔。"

"Overall had a really nice stay here, the hotel its self is lovely, modern & clean & I’d recommend it to people wanting to explore the area. The private beach area is beautiful for swimming, definitely the clearest water we saw in Albania although the beach area could do with a spruce up. Good, comprehensive breakfast. We did feel the hotel lacked certain extras which would make it a “premium” hotel. For example, only very basic toiletries in rooms, no coffee/tea making facilities or replenishing of drinking water. All seriously basic stuff, especially for the price we paid. Weird customer service, weren’t ever bought a menu when asked, the waiters in Sanur beach restaurant just reeled off a few random items from the menu. Had to go and find one ourselves. Hotel staff were fine, friendly but nothing to write home about. Finally & most shocking to us was that this is literally a party hotel. There was pounding music every night of our stay (Fri-Sun) literally outside of our room windows. This went on till gone 1am (earlier on Sunday) & we literally had no idea that would be the case, no mention of this at all on the website when booking. Empire Beach Resport has the potential to be a really lovely hotel but work needed on overall service & customer experience before it can be classed as luxury & needs to be more open / honest about the music."
