Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit bei allen kleinen und größeren Anfragen (Probleme gab es überhaupt keine). Die Zimmerausstattung ist komplett, es ist sehr chic und modern eingerichtet, die Betten sind top, es ist nichts verwohnt und hat alles einen neuwertigen Zustand. Die Balkone bieten durch eine Glasabgrenzung einen uneingeschränkten Blick auf das Meer (besser und schöner kann man das nicht lösen) und hat eine außergewöhnliche Architektur (keine typische quadratische Balkonform). Der Strand liegt keine 25 Meter vom Hotelausgang entfernt, und wird nur durch eine gemütliche kleine Strandbar davon getrennt. Das Frühstück (hatten wir mit gebucht) hatte zahlreiches frisches Obst und leckere Tomaten und Gurken zu bieten, es gab unterschiedliche Omelettes zur Auswahl und es wurden auch Sonderwünsche entgegengenommen. Käse, Wurst Marmelade, Joghurt, Cornflakes und Co. rundeten das Angebot ab. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war in Ordnung, hätte aber noch etwas Luft nach oben, dafür war der Kaffee an der Strandbar umso besser. Die Strandbar bietet einen tollen Blick auf das Meer (wie die Hotelzimmer auch) und bietet auch hervorragendes Essen. Sowohl die Salate, die Pizzen sowie zahlreichen Gerichte mit Meeresfrüchten und Fischen waren hervorragend. Dazu wird alles liebevoll angerichtet serviert und bietet neben dem Gaumengenuss auch viel fürs Auge. Nebenbei gibt es ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten (wir hatten einen Mietwagen) welches für die Hotels unmittelbar am Meer nicht unbedingt selbstverständlich ist. Die Lage bietet schnellen Zugang zur City Vlore als auch zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umkreis (Berat, Syri Kaltër, Sarande usw.), eigenes Fahrzeit vorausgesetzt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es auch einen Minimarkt, bei dem man sich mit allen Dingen, die man für Ausflüge benötigt, eindecken kann, ohne noch groß einkaufen gehen zu müssen. Der Strand ist toll und gebührenfrei für Hotelgäste nutzbar. Große Strandtücher für die Liegen werden in der Lobby ausgeteilt. Jede Liege hat auch einen Sonnenschirm (und den braucht man auch). Der Strand ist mit kleinen Steinen gesäumt, barfuß ist möglich, Schuhwerk für empfindliche Füße sind zu empfehlen. Das Meer ist einfach nur toll, es gibt eine kleine angelegte Plattform, von der man aus ins Wasser springen kann und Kindern (und Erwachsenen) spass und Abkühlung bietet. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, viel zu kurz und ich werde es vermissen, mit dem Meeresrauschen einzuschlafen….

Des chambres d’un confort absolu, dans un très bel hôtel, face à une mer turquoise, un restaurant excellent, un petit déjeuner parfait, et surtout l’accueil de Daniel qui a rendu notre séjour exceptionnel. Daniel est à l’accueil, au service restauration et est toujours présent pour répondre à toutes les demandes de ses clients. Très attentionné, il cherche en permanence à améliorer l’expérience de chacun de ses clients. Nous recommandons sans hésiter!!

Food is decent, but don’t expect something extraordinary. In the comparable price range you can find lots of restorants in the area, including Takas which is right next to or. My biggest complaint is the stuff. I’ve never seen such unfriendly and scammy employees in a touristy place. It takes ages for them to come and serve you, once they do they don’t even wait to take your order, they just turn and run away, not even sure they understood what you ordered (keep in mind that English is not a given here). The waiter brought me the wrong order, then argued with me that that is what he understood, and once I convinced him to change it he brought me my dish and practically threw it on the table without saying a single word/ I guess other things matter more here than customers.. P.s i ordered tagliatelle with cuttlefish, as per the menu, they brought me with anchovies. Makes me think that was the reason they wanted to give me a different dish at the first place, that seems to be the more reasonable option for them than saying they don’t have it… We will not come again.

I travel a lot and i never saw a hotel like this one, the worst experience i have ever had! The host are unpolite, unfriendly and they just don’t care of the clients! The breakfast is horrible and the rooms are just dirty! To be honest, this hotel is the worst in Vlore and should be closed!

Being million times in Vlore, this was my first time to be in Aross Hotel. The hotel is super nice and people managing it and working there are the best value of the property!!! Hotel and rooms are clean, spacy, comfortable... But people working there are outstanding!! Me and my sister, we both enjoyed it so much! If you are lucky to have a room with the sea view, it will be amazing. Both restaurants (inside and outside) are great and the food served is so tasty and delicious. If you are having dinner at the beachside restaurant you will enjoy the view to the sea and sky full of stars. We really had a great time in Aross!!!

I have been in june 2021 and i found it extremely amazing very comfortable room and awsome staff, i enjoyed every single moment. The restaurant is beachside with a stunning sea view and you can see stars very clearly from there. Unforgottable memories.
