MXP 三 Z 利潘戈飯店(Resting Pods - -Zzzleepandgo MXP Airport)

DO NOT USE - I had an 8hr layover in Malpensa, 1st: the location of the pods is terrible, right next to the bathroom and waiting area, which means you can hear EVERYTHING, even the sounds of bathroom flushing and hand-drier. 2nd: there is a charging outlet right next to the pod, so i had random people lying down right Infront of my pod (blocking my entrance to the pod) charging their phones and watching out loud. 3rd: on arriving the screen of my pod which i need to enter and exit was not working, i had no way of entering it was already 1:30am! it took an hour to get hold of customer service, who overrode the system and opened the door for me. This meant I couldn't leave the pod once i entered as I couldn't open the door from the outside. 4th: The pod is basic (nothing fancy was expected anyway) but very poor ventilation. Ventilation was basically opening the roof of the pod which meant all the sounds from the outside would come in. Would Definitely NOT RECOMMEND. Better book at a hotel nearby.

Ho prenotato una notte presso il T1 a Malpensa per via del mio arrivo molto tardi e la partenza al mattino con uno dei primi voli. La capsula mostra i segni dell’usura ma il problema è che non era stata sanificata prima del mio arrivo: il materasso era tagliato, sporco e non c’era nessuna copertura di carta. Il servizio di emergenza non ha saputo aiutarmi e ho dovuto trascorrere la notte su una panca nel terminal. L’ospitalità è una faccenda seria, non si può liquidare una telefonata di assistenza chiudendo con un semplice: non so cosa farci.

una porqueria todo, el lugar sucio, incomodo, ruidoso, un loco afuera gritando, demasiado caro para lo que es. hubiera preferido dormir en un hotel en el centro de Viena y despues tomar el tren al aeropuerto. No pude dormir nada por los ruidos

882 Sleep Malpensa moduli per dormire, una ottima idea ma con un prodotto un po’ trascurato ad esempio il numero 3 aveva un touch screen decisamente scadente e impreciso si rischiava di rimanere chiusi fuori e da quello dentro non si riusciva ad usare tutte le luci e ad aprire la cortina sopra il tetto.

Soluzione ingegnosa e comoda. La struttura non è molto ben tenuta (ero nel modulo 1) display interno che funzionava male, tendina del tetto rotta, per fortuna era chiusa. Nota dolente: Assolutamente non insonorizzato ! molto difficile prendere sonno dal rumore esterno.

Avevo prenotato una capsula con pagamento anticipato. Al mio arrivo il display che permette l accesso era rotto. Impossibile entrare il call centre mi ha aiutato ad aprire con la chiave e così ho potuto usufruire della capsula. Scomoda, non insonorizzata ed afosa. Esperienza da non ripetere.

Save your money and sleep on the airport floor. Badly designed. I was kept awake half the night by 2 teenage girls who booked cabin 5 (I was in 6) to have their own private party in. Nowhere visible to complain to. It was quieter out in the main airport. All the sleeping pod is is a hard bed with no sheets etc (just a blue covering like you'd get in a doctor's office that hopefully changes between guests but doesn't cover the whole bed). For €75 euros, either spend a bit more and get a hotel room, or just commit and find a quiet spot out in the airport for a snooze.

The hotel is self check in. No staff there. I encountered the password issues and the help desk hotline is not 24/7 that I only could stay in the airport without rest. I left message in the official website and no one answer yet. The check in time start at 8 pm, when I found there was no way I could sleep in the hotel it was too late for me to go back city to find the alternative!
