Hotel should provide Breakfast and food for lunch and dinner. This can be tried. Hotel atmosphere and cleaniness is good.

possibly the worst hotel ive stayed in ever. dirty, horrible place, limited facilities, breakfast only south indian, no options other than toast, tea wouldnt make without sugar, wouldnt make eggs. other than 1 member of staff Krishna the others wer completely unhelpful as if they didnt really care. one guy just sat watching tv in his vest. mornings around 6.30am a massive racket, rooms are not more than 5 metres from reception. wouldnt recommend at all.

Centrally located , few minute walk to RTC complex and a lot of shops and restaurants

Rooms were good and clean. Staffs were helpful. Good hotel to stay. The only thing which will disappoint you is, you will not find a good eatery nearby. So you have to go to some other place little far from the hotel to eat. Otherwise it's a good hotel.

This Hotel is situated at 4th Floor of a building, we stayed their for 2 nights, 2nd night, around 9:30PM, while returning form out side we noticed elevator is out of order. Me 64years of age & another member of our group was having some physical problem, we had to use stairs to our room at 4th floor and immediately we informed the same to the reception. In this hotel at night only one 18/19 years young boy was at reception, he expressed his inability to rectify the problem. Next morning we had to leave the hotel by 05:30hrs, so, we had to use stairs ***** with our luggage, there was no one to take our luggage down. That was very pathetic condition. There should an emergency service to handle such situation. So, my advice to elderly persons not to choose this hotel.

It was above expections... Truly impressed by the cleanliness,hygiene and courteous staff.. breakfast was awesome... I have never stayed in such a responsible and comfortable hotel before... Thank u pioneer

Hotel was clean and tidy. Very supportive staff. They arranged for all the things even when we asked in last minute. Thank you Treebo hotels,Rainbow grand and team for making our trip memorable. Will definitely recommend you guys yo friends and family

We had a very nice stay and the service was really good. Location of the hotel was ideal. It was a good experience. Would recommend it to anyone who needs a good hotel in Vishakapatnam which is cost effective also.
