多納特大飯店(Grand Hotel Donat Superior & Wellness Center)

Classico albergo anni 60, ma si nota la carenza di personale rispetto al passato. Per esempio, alle 22:00 il bar era chiuso. Le stanze sono confortevoli, le sale comuni un po' meno, le piscine sono abbastanza gradevoli ma non si capisce perché quella all'aperto non apre prima delle 11:00 . La cena della mezza pensione è abbastanza buona rispetto a come si mangia in Slovenia. La colazione è decisamente di buon livello, però se chiedi un caffè decaffeinato ti dicono che devi andarlo a prendere al bar a pagamento. Alla reception sono molto gentili ma fanno grande confusione per il conto, il nostro è stato rifatto almeno tre volte. Complessivamente il giudizio è positivo.

Ottima sistemazione, la camera singola aveva spazi molto vivibili, ottima pulizia, personale alla reception sorridente e cordiale. C'è un'area spa ben attrezzata e una piscina piuttosto grande e completa di whirlpool, che i clienti dell'hotel possono utilizzare gratuitamente. Non male il buffet per la colazione, un po' meno entusiasmante la cena a buffet, ma comunque abbiamo trovato tutti qualcosa per i nostri gusti.

Menükarten waren nur in Italienisch oder Russisch erhältlich. - Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist entsprechend schlecht.

il peggiore hotel dove abbia mai soggiornato. Ambienti vetusti e squallidi rimasti agli anni 80/90. Camera con mobili completamente rovinati vecchi e usurati. Mancanza di ciabattine, accappatoi e prodotti da bagno( frigo bar vuoto), nessun servizio di assistenza telefonica in camera( alla reception non risponde nessuno). Cosa più grave letto con macchie rosse sulle lenzuola, asciugamani lisi e bucati ( anche ingialliti) e capelli nella vasca da bagno e per terra. Quando abbiamo fatto vedere e notare la sporcizia della camera siamo stati trattati malissimo dal portiere ( un uomo con i baffi che parlava italiano) che invece di comprendere la situazione ci ha letteralmente insultati e aggrediti ( mai capitata una cosa lontanamente simile dopo aver soggiornato in centinaia di hotel in giro per il mondo). Tutto lo staff girava senza mascherina o con la mascherina abbassata non rispettando minimamente le normative Covid ( dopo averlo fatto notare non è cambiato assolutamente nulla anzi). Ambiente spa trascurato con acqua della piscina fredda( anche i spa mancavano le ciabattine). Ristorante indecente, pietanze fredde e di qualità infima da mensa di ospedale ( mezza pensione). La cucina chiudeva alle 9 e alle 20.50 già avevano tolto tutto dal bancone mettendoci dei dolcetti ( vecchi e secchi della colazione mattutina ) sul tavolo mentre stavamo ancora consumando il primo piatto. Sconsiglio a chiunque di cadere in questa trappola.

The hotel was very modern in the 1970's. The rooms are small but nice and renovated. The park view is great. The worst problem is food and restaurant service. I expect that fresh bread for breakfast is a minimum standard. Unfortunately bread in this hotel was not fresh. Also other food quality was low and preparation poor. The worst was dinner. The wine list was great and wines were superb but we got 10 years old red wine with temperature above 25C and were server in glasses for white wine. We COULD NOT GET TAP WATER beside the bottle of wine. There were very few choices of food, but all food was tasteless and not fresh. If you want to order additional drinks or sign the bill you have to walk through the restaurant to find your waiter and ask him to come to your table. The pools and saunas are nice but they economize and just a few saunas operate so they were so crowded that we decided to pass them. The price for weekend stay was moderate for a 4/5 star hotel but it was extremely overpriced for 2 star quality that is offered.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Staff is very cordial and helpful. Food is nice. A very nice buffet breakfast. Very nice view from my room balcony. A great place to Stay at Rogaska Slatina. And it's a very beautiful city. Very clean. Great climate.

Amazing staff, heavenly food, great atmosphere, unforgettable experience all over. Perfect location by the promenade. Despite November wheather we were able to enjoy all the services and the Donat spring as it is connected with the hotel by covered walk way. We tooked advantage of and loved all the procedures available. Definitely coming back!

Rooms, pool area, but most of all great above all, I would highlight the multilingual staff of the hotel. We were in a group with one German and one Italian and the staff from the reception to the restaurant speak all the languages mentioned. Also i have to mention sauna area, and specialy relaxing terass for after soauna relaxation, apsolute peace

We have stayed from 30/12/22 till 2 02/01/23. We have booked this hotel because of good price, and wellnes options and gala dinner on 31/12. Receptionist and cleaning maids are 5 stars. But everything else is belove standard. Wellnes centar worked from 12 till 6pm on 31/12. In description writes 3 pools. For use in winter there is only one pool (inside) where half of hotel comes, and it gets crowded so the relaxation experience vanished. Hotel has about 5 working saunas. Gala dinner on 31/12 was fail (even tho they refunded as a 40% of price for dinner) and i have need to share that. Dinner began in 8pm. About an hour was needed to start first course of meal, after that came second starter and it was most neutral soup in my life. Live music was terrible with singing Ave Maria on a new year. What to say? We got up from table 2 hours before new year and went to Celje to celebrate New Year. I feel bad for waiteres in restaurant because looking at them for two days I had feeling that they doesn't go home (one young waiteres had exact bad hairstyle for 31/12 and 1/1 like she didn't went home but stayed working). 5 waiteres on 250people, what to say. Feeling betrayed and never again. There are so much better hotels in Rogaska Slatina to go. Ps. I didn't seem any chemical mark for their famous Donat Mg waters in that one pool i have seen so it is questioned is their any healthy mineral waters in wellnes at all.
