It was a great good faboulous ambiance of experience with there hospitality and there food taste of quality is extraordinary. Thanks to chef jaganathan and Dhayanithi there wonderful caring of fast service.and making mind refresh and relaxing

The hotel had a beautiful garden and was a very nice backdrop for hotel. Reception was very courteous. Restaurant service and breakfast options more than satisfying though predominately South Indian. The only drawback was the housekeeping. Hotel bathrooms just need a better clean. I mentioned this to reception too. Far too ***y stains on washbasins toilet areas.

The staff were super nice and made checking in a breeze. The room was super clean and looked really cool. Had a great view too! The food at the hotel was amazing. Tried different dishes, and they all rocked. The hotel's spot was perfect for exploring around – easy to get to cool places.

Had a Wonderful experience. Must visit resort in pondi Cheri. Their welcoming, the atmosphere of the resort and hospitality is much exceptional. Amazing food with different varieties of cuisine were provided. Very much affordable for such an amazing resort.

Such a beautiful and serene property. Perfect for family getaways. Rooms were great and the amenities too. My family had a very great time. Friendly staff members with wonderful hospitality. Overall a great choice. Highly recommend them.

Bathroom conditions not good. Check in or check out time needs to be altered. Time slot is very less. Reception Staffing needs improvet. Complimentary BF is good. Hospitality is good. Swimming pool is good for kids. Cycling & Play area is also good for time spending.

Best resort I have ever visited with very cordial and hospitable staff. All property is beautiful starting from the reception area from where we realises that resort justify it's name. Restaurant is one of the best with all delicacies. Swimming pool is star attraction of the resort.

We had a very good experience coming to Hotel grand serenaa. We enjoyed the fun activities conducted by Mr.sabarinathan.He really engaged us with fun activities like 3d tattoo and face painting. Espcially in 3d tattoo he took only 10 sec to complete the art for one person Amazing....we had a memorable eperience. The food very delicious. Special thanks for FMB team.
