宮殿 26 飯店(Hotel Palais26)

Sono stato una notte insieme alla mia famiglia, preso una suite, molto ampia, moderna,illuminata comoda ed elegante tutto molto curato. Personale, gentile e disponibile. L’hotel è al centro della città. Un’ottima colazione. Rapporto qualità prezzo, buono .

Albergo carino in posizione strategica ma un po' datato ,personale disponibile e signore delle pulizie molto brave ed efficienti , la direttrice dell'hotel però poco attenta e poco disponibile ( sembrava quasi infastidita nonostante abbiamo pagato quasi 800 euro per 2 camere x 2 notti ) ,alla reception nessuno parla italiano cosa davvero inconcepibile dato che si trovano al confine con l'Italia ,per una incomprensione sulle camere siamo stati oltre mezz'ora e ci siamo dovuti arrangiare noi per trovare qualcuno che traducesse il problema ,sicuramente non torneremo più.

Top-Hotel an ausgezeichneter Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Villach! Weihnachtsmarkt direkt vor der Haustür! Das Hotel-Personal war äusserst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und das Nachtessen im eigenen Restaurant ist wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Modern in ein altes Palais eingefügt, liegt das Hotel Palais 26, zentral in der Stadt. Rundum das Hotel die schöne Fußgänger Zone mit zahlreichen Geschäften, Restaurants und Bars. Das Hotel selbst ist architektonisch sehr gut gelungen. Modernes trifft Altes! Unser Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und hell eingerichtet. Für ein Standart Zimmer völlig ok. Die Bar und das tolle Frühstück sind besonders zu erwähnen. Allgemein einen Besuch wert!

Wir waren im Advent für eine Nacht im Hotel Palais26. Die Lage des Hotels mitten in der Fussgängerzone ist einfach perfekt. Zufahrt mit dem Auto ist auf der Rückseite des Hotels möglich. Der Parkplatz muss mitgebucht werden. Von hier hat man Zugang zum Hotel, Der Check - in war freundlich. Das Zimmer war schon etwas früher verfügbar. Die Zimmer sind leider eiskalt und lassen sich auch kaum heizen und es zieht überall (im Winter sehr unangenehm). Es gibt eigentlich keine Trennung von Bad und Zimmer. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit die Jacken neben der Tür auszuziehen. Dazu muss man durchs ganze Bad (mit den dreckigen Schuhen) und dort gibt es eine kleine Garderobe. Die WC-Tür ist aus Glas und macht beim Schließen einen Höllenlärm und schließt auch nicht ab - sondern ist oben und unten offen. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert - nach Anleitung von der Rezeption waren dann wenigstens ein paar Sender verfügbar. Das Bett hat eine gute Größe und die Matratze war angenehm. Das Frühstück ist meiner Meinung nach nicht zeitgemäß, das ist Lebensmittelverschwendung, weil ja alles was schon beim Gast am Tisch war, weggeworfen werden muss - man bekommt eine Etagiere mit Marmelade, S*****en, Käse, Joghurt,... Allerdings nur 2 Blatt von Käse und S*****en (und das für 2 Personen!). Man wird nicht gefragt was man möchte und nachbestellen kann man auch nicht. Das Gebäck war leider auch steinhart. Den Kaffee muss man sich selber holen - nur leider ist der Automat etwas schwer zu finden und statt es uns zu zeigen wurden wir nur angemeckert.

One of the best hotels of my life! What a great service! What a breakfast! The room was so big! and from the window I could see the Christmas market! Very closed to the river for a nice walk! and also within walking distance from the train station!

The hotel is right at the heart of the city Villach. It has a special charm as the building is historic, but all facilities and rooms are brought up to standard and met our expectations. At 8:30am in the morning you will hear the church bell (two strikes to announce the half hour) as it is custom in many of the mid-town hotels in Austria. We thought it is nice that the church bell started at 8:30am and not earlier :-). It didn't bother us. Parking is available but might cost extra. The parking spaces are tight and getting into the hotel parking lot requires some driving skills. Another highlight is the breakfast. It was included in our room rate. It is excellent and uniquely served on a wooden structure that is placed on the table to save space. The next day we walked through the town and got a lot of souvenir shopping done. You can find everything within walking distance in the pedestrian walking zone. Another reason why we had a great time in Villach. We would definitely stay there next time again.
