梅瑟爾卡薩託尼爾康德飯店(Mercer Casa Torner i Güell)

El hotel está situado en pleno centro de Vilafranca. Parking público en la puerta. El tamaño de la habitación correcto, cama cómoda y diseño moderno. Como dicen en varios comentarios, hay que hacer un máster para entender el funcionamiento de las luces y en mi caso tampoco conseguí regular la temperatura del agua de la ducha. El desayuno muy flojo.

We were only there for one night but we wish it was much longer. The hotel is a beautiful, classic building in the centre of Vilafranca. Photos on any website do not do the interior justice as it is modern and elegant using fine fabrics and materials. Best of all was the warm welcome at reception. The receptionist / manager was professional and kind and got our stay off to a great start. Thank you - we will be back.

Excellent stay at a lovely hotel - everything was perfect, from initial greeting to advise /selection of wine for a nightcap - thank you so much , a friendly and efficient check in and departure 😊

I’m not wanting to be too harsh but the hotel let itself down on a number of fronts, that saying I wish to complement the staff who were just wonderful. It started when the hotel wouldn’t allow me to change my booking by dropping it back a day as only the day before, realised that on the Monday it was a Bank holiday, so nowhere in the town was open and as a visitor this the main purpose of the visit. If I didn’t turn up then I would lose the whole payment. Not very good customer relations especially as the hotel wasn’t busy the following day. The problem was compounded as most of the restaurants, including the hotels, were closed due to the festival. As mentioned, the staff were excellent, in so much as they found a restaurant for us but when we arrived sadly it was closed due to the exceptional busy lunchtime trade and couldn’t provide an evening service. An alternative was suggested and we went there and enjoyed a fine meal. While the room was comfortable and had all that was necessary it was a little noisy from 6am due to the traffic passing immediately outside. We paid for breakfast, not inexpensive, but definitely not worth it. Coffee(Luke warm) fresh juice(very nice) 2slices of overdone hard toast, selection of confectionery cakes. Cheese was an optional extra!!! Not good for a hotel of this quality. Apart from the team who gave excellent customer service, the amenities within the hotel lacked somewhat. We came away feeling a little disappointed with our stay

The hotel and it’s amenities are good, new and stylish. The location is very central. But the sound insulation is not good, our windows were facing the main square and it was impossible to sleep overnight: too much noise from drinking groups of people and the sound proofing is non-existent.

Al Error de detallitos para la ducha donde pusieron dos de acondicionador y ninguno de gel, juego de luces demasiado moderno que te pasas el tiempo intentando encender o apagar correctamente las luces de la habitación, cama y almohada algo incomodas, el agua de ducha por la tarde se ve que no toca estar caliente, y precio totalmente desorbitado, hacen que opine que no lo veo al nivel de un hotel de 4 estrellas; hay otros de 3* que están mejor preparados en todos los sentidos.

Sorprende este hotel, situado en pleno centro de Vilafranca del Penedés, por su diseño y decoración. Situado en un edificio antiguo, del que conserva la fachada, el interior es absolutamente moderno, con una decoración cuidada y materiales de gran calidad. Predominio de madera oscura y cortinajes rojo oscuro, que en algunos lugares como los pasillos de las plantas hace un efecto un tanto sombrío. El baño tiene una ducha enorme, y piezas muy modernas. Las camas son cómodas. Hay climatización. El sistema de luces es tan sofisticado que resulta complicado entenderlo. La televisión (Loewe, por cierto) está en un lateral de la cama, una posición incómoda. La moqueta de los pasillos necesita renovación. El desayuno se hace en un agradable comedor acristalado. No es bufé, e incluye sólo cafés y zumo (no natural), tostadas y bollería. No tiene parking propio, pero hay un parking público (con cargadores para coches eléctricos) justo delante, y tienen tarifa concertada de 23 euros por día. En resumen, una experiencia de hotel diferente, y una buena base para explorar Vilafranca del Penedés.

Ottima esperienza. Posto pulito e curato nel centro di Vilafranca. Camere ben curate, leggermente difficile gestire le luci ma per il resto servizio top.
