My first visit to Wijayawada..3 nite stay at Vivanta Hotel.. Excellent services , clean, top hospitality..easy to move around in city centre. Appreciated to all the staff very easy to communicate and helpfull The front desk manager.. Mr. Pritam and staf, The restaurant Manager Mr Sanjib n Staffs..Sourav, Ripul, Rajesh, Ritu and Kalyania..very helpful and friendly...Security Supervisor Mr Sunil and staf Sivashanker..done great job ..almost lost my ZFold phone but they manage to get..Kudos to ViVanta..next visit on April 24..meet you all then..Thank you..

시설은 나름 청결했고, 직원들은 인사성 좋고 매우 친절했음, 방음이 조금 미흡했고, 호텔 내 레스토랑 음식은 조금 아쉬웠음.

Food was awesome, service was excellent especially from staff lakshmi, rajesh, Neha, Abhijit. Ambience is very nice with beautiful interiors, lot of food options to choose from. Location of the hotel in prime Location. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Our stay was comfortable. Room was clean and hygienic. Pool and pool side was good. You get to see the city view at the pool. We spent some good time but the pool. No kids pool though. Floaters for children werent available when asked but later the pool incharge got two of them. I felt the Property should have maintained stock of swimwear for guests. Poolside shower options were the best I have seen so far. Breakfast options were good. Food options and menu should be definitely better. Pillows were torn and the stuffing was popping out(two pillows). Telephone instruments are totally outdated and definitely have to be replaced. We used the phone on speaker until second day. It was good to see F&B Manager Jitesh attending and checking if everything was good. The front desk went beyond to consider our late check out request. I didn't know that there were four dining options, haven't seen any info anywhere about them(or is it me who didn't explore!) Not sure if they had spa too. I guess a display/flyer in the room out at front desk would have been good. Overall we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Had a fantastic stay in Vivanta Vijayawada. Thanks to Salama's hospitality. The one and only complain was sub par breakfast. Everything else was top notch. The location is pretty good too. The pool is also nice as it is usually free and no one is around.

I recently stayed at Vivanta for 4 nights with my 2 teen kids. Loved the experience, customer service, perfect location. Room was extremely clean, loved the breakfast buffet with excellent dishes. We ordered room service for dinner every night and the food was delicious. We celebrated my son's birthday here with a dinner buffet and I was able to invite my close family members and had a great time. The staff were very friendly. I've already recommended this hotel to all my close friends that live in Vijayawada.
