My first visit to Wijayawada..3 nite stay at Vivanta Hotel.. Excellent services , clean, top hospitality..easy to move around in city centre. Appreciated to all the staff very easy to communicate and helpfull The front desk ***ager.. Mr. Pritam and staf, The restaurant ***ager Mr Sanjib n Staffs..Sourav, Ripul, Rajesh, Ritu and Kalyania..very helpful and friendly...Security Supervisor Mr Sunil and staf Sivashanker..done great job ..almost lost my ZFold phone but they ***age to get..Kudos to ViVanta..next visit on April 24..meet you all then..Thank you..

I had an exceptional dining experience thanks to Mr. Joseph. His attentive service, friendly demeanor, and knowledge of the menu greatly enhanced our Dinner. I appreciate the outstanding service he provided, making our meal memorable.

Good service Nice ambience Renovation done well Satisfied with the food and ambience. Restaurant and ***agement were very helpful throughout the lunch. Preferable for both family and friends . Both veg and non veg are good I prefer to visit. Sundays

We stayed at the Taj Vijayawada during a recent trip and it was by far the most amazing hotel we stayed during our time in India. The staff was amazing, want to mentioned Mr Joseph and Rashmi they made sure that our stay was comfortable. The food was excellent and even the pool was a delight in the heat of the day. Highly highly recommend!

Flush didn't work on check-in, AC didn't work as expected throughout the stay, corridor smells of cigarette smoke. Called up room service for change of room but was offered a room which had the same AC issue. I dont even want to talk about the balcony view, had to keep the curtains closed. For getting the In-room dining menu, scan a QR code, click on an advertisement and then progress to the menu. All of these are 'basic' for a 5 star hotel and the guests need not ask for them but in my case, even after I asked, there was not much help.

one must visit vijayawada.during that time we have to stay in this property . i feel there is no option apart from this hotel. other brands are there, but maintenance is like a local lodging or hotel. this is as per the hotel industry standards. new lobby is very good . every one of this hotel is very good. food is good. lovely place to stay

We overall had an amazing experience. Thank you! Chef Nayak is brilliant. Food was outstanding. Attention to serving the details is commendable. We would love to visit again. Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. Must visit in my list of Taj groups of hotels.
