Room key not working, lenin condition very bad, reported to the receptionist multiple times, not done.

As i am a marketing professional i use to travel. And in this property i steady before also know service is very poor, beds not even good they are using lenin dusty not properly preparing and service quality also got degraded. It is in a prime location so people use to stay with all issues. But this time i decided not to.

I have stayed before in this hotel and it was good. But my recent visit shocked me as quality has gone down so drastically. Towels are not clean. Rooms are full of cockroach.. bed sheets had stains … bathrooms are smelly and non usable.. road side lodges are better than this. Very bad and horrible experience… I will not recommend for family.

The staff was so polite and humble, and reaching the hotel i was surprised seeing the comforts. It is just like any premium branded hotels for an affordable prices

Location in prime. Cleanliness of room average, torn-ed bedspreads to be changed. Breakfast not worthy. If they improve these things then it will with for price.
