I recently had the pleasure of staying at sun square and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff member took the time to answer all my questions and offer recommendations for things to do in the area. The room itself was fantastic. It was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with everything i needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Sun square's amenities were also top-notch. Overall, sun square provided a truly exceptional experience. The staff's attentiveness, the comfortable accommodations, and the great amenities made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Good hotel nice hotel in middle of city reception area and people are very nice we can find n number of food availability

I was to arrive at vijaywada with my aging parents early in the morning at 5 am. I had contacted multiple people at the hotel beforehand to check if they allowed early check-in and only after receiving confirmation did i book the hotel (it was offered as a part of the package. Once i reached the hotel, i was told that our room was unavailable for early check-in and it had been allotted to someone else. So the people at the hotel downgraded us to a basic room where we ended up staying during our less than 12 hour duration trip to vijaywada. I had paid for the suite room but when asked, the receptionists told us that nothing could be done and puts these things that isn't always true. The room was okay. We never ordered any food or any other room service. Just before checking out, we did order a few coffees that they took almost an hour to get to us (and the receptionist got it to us. All in all, a terrible experience. Much better hotels available around the area for the same price.

Location was good staff were good we were not comfortable with the room they changed to another room without any argument overall it was a good stay mr naveen was very nice person one we extended our stay without any problem

Hotel was average and it was clean. Horrible room service. We had to wait for long hours for food delivery to the room.

Good stay. Nice room. Good staff all facilities in this property is very good. Reception lady maneger in my stay date is do her job nicely. Thank you make my trip to associate like this hotels.

Room allocated to us was unavailable; so they relocated us to some other property. However they made an attempt to make up for it, by providing complementary dinner.

Maple rooms are good and got a good discount in makemytrip booking ***** with room upgrade to maple at the same price during checkin
