維甘白宮飯店(La Casa Blanca de Vigan Hotel)

Great Hotel in terms of cleanliness and staff service. Buffet breakfast also was very good. Woud be happy to book again this luxurious hotel in Vigan.

It’s a nice place to stay

Una bellissima sorpresa. Sicuramente il miglior hotel di Vigan ma questo non basta per manifestare la mia soddisfazione. Un bellissimo gioiello ricavato in un’antica casa del centro di Vigan in una posizione meravigliosa. Camere ben fatte ma soprattutto con carattere e non banali. Servizio che molti hotel di lusso si sognano soltanto. La Colazione probabilmente è l’unico neo di questo hotel. Viene servita in un bel ristorante (anche in questo caso il migliore della città) ma propone solo tre possibili scelte: colazione filippina, americana o continentale. Per chi cerca una colazione dolce non c’è nulla da fare. Consiglierei di proporre anche questa possibilità, magari proponendo pane (vero e non quello da toast), burro, marmellata e una torta o croissant. Servizio massaggi incredibilmente buono. Un massaggio di questo tipo e qualità è difficile riceverlo anche in spa molto più lussuose. Allora perché ho dato solo 4/5 come voto? Solo perché do i 5/5 solo agli hotel migliori di lusso ma davvero questo hotel è ottimo.

スタッフの気配りと部屋の掃除は、いいです。このホテルのプールでリラックスするのを楽しみしていたのですが15時過ぎになると若者何人かがクラブでかかるような音楽を流し出し気分を害しました。高級ホテルなのだから、そんな音楽を聴きたければクラブにいきますよ。あと、朝食券を引き換える時に若い女性従業員が朝食券を2枚取ろうとしました。明らかに意地悪をしようとしました。

Mooie kamer , centraal gelegen , zwembad en skybar , wat wil je nog meer ? Helaas door de receptie eerst een veel te dure transfer naar de luchthaven aangeboden gekregen , en was het ontbijt ook niet erg goed , anders hadden ze wel 5 sterren gekregen.

This is a newly renovated hotel on 4 levels in the old city centre and is a bit of an oasis! The foyer is clean, light and bright gives a great first impression. The corridors on each level have tiled floors and are clean and well maintained . The rooms are spacious and very clean and the airon works perfectly as does the TV with some international chanels available. At the roof top there is a rather nice small swimming pool and a great spacious rooftop bar serving food and drinks. The area could perhaps benefit from some sun umbrellas in the daytime but is lovely and cool in the evenings. The ground floor restaurant is clean and serves very good local food. The staff throughout the hotel are very polite and accomodating and appear to be better trained than the average. All round this is very comfortable！

The Casa Blanca Hotel is a beautiful building which is surely one of the best places to stay in Vigan City. Sadly the service at the Skybar was some of the worst I have experienced in almost 7 years in the Philippines. Disinterested staff didn’t dampen a lovely location and I would urge the management to get your act together especially with Holy Week starting in a few days.

This is a beautiful hotel located on the famous Calle Crisologo. The rooms are all newly refurbished and exceptionally clean and well appointed. The staff are outstanding, nothing is too much trouble, they made us feel very welcome and were extremely helpful. The wifi is very good in the hotel except in the corner room 308, however the staff moved us to a different room and were very helpful… no problems at all after moving rooms. The pool is really nice and so is the roof top bar. Breakfast is provided at Cafe Evelyn (in front of the hotel), this was the only downside, the buffet was parlous and the staff in the cafe were not interested in any form of customer service. The cafe doesn’t appear very clean either. Just book the hotel and don’t choose an included breakfast…just about every other place in Vigan is better than the breakfast you get at Cafe Evelyn. Overall this is a great hotel and highly recommended
